Trying to make something different for your enjoyment.
Your enjoyment is my joy.
I make the kind of music that doesn't really go anywhere. Instead it stays right there, with you.
Never really sure of what I’m doing, but here it is nonetheless.
Go out and meet. This is my philosophy.

Moo* :) * A lovely piece of music Tiadiad. In reference to the quote you made from Erik Satie I assume this work was inspired by his. It carries a certain melancholy, not in the sense of depression, but more in the sense of a yearning for better times like they were in the past and also how they can become in the future. The road is dark, however it is steady, so as long you can move forward it will carry you. Moving forwards like celestial bodies in the cosmos. Drifting nowhere seemingly meaningless, yet some of these worlds, at least the earth, hold sentient and (sometimes) also sapient life. Looking up to the sky asking themselves 'what is out there?', 'who are we?', 'when is the now?', 'why are we asking questions?' and perhaps the most or least meaningful depending on one's interpretation 'what is the meaning of life'. I'm just standing here consuming this green low calorie matter to sustain myself. I must say the weather is getting colder with winter nearing, but the grass is less dry. The simple act of being able to eat this meal makes me content. So is the meaning of life to be content? Nihilists argue there is no meaning, but that feels inherently wrong to me. How can a being that can conceive of meaning say there is none? Perhaps just living your life, or yet better becoming yourself is the meaning of life or living. Perhaps the meaning of life is putting things in boxes and move them around, and put boxes in bigger boxes, walk in and out of boxes. That is what those people over there are doing al the time. Is moving boxes the meaning of life? I don't know. Some of the boxes make a lot of noise, they scared me at first, but I'm getting used to them. All of a sudden Wittgenstein comes to mind. "Wovon man nicht sprechen kann, darüber muss man schweigen." However I wish to say one more thing before I return to silence. I wish all of you a lovely day. .... Moo
Mesmerizing! There's so much going on in the mix! Big like 5 👍👍👍
Thank you, Alex! This was an interesting mix to make.

"Ah, the cows" were Erik Satie's final words.
It kinda sounds like Massive Attack meets Aphex Twin, great composition! Love it! :)
@@thechillingdude5369 Wow! That is such a nice compliment, and I could only wish))) Thank you!
Wow, this is gorgeous dark velvety music!
@@pbartmess Thank you Patrick! Final. really did a great job on this. There are so many hidden twists and layers in this song. It's all him. I just provided some drums and harmonies, but he created the feel, and structure, and everything else. Awesome of you to take a listen!
F.I.N.A.L and I made some noise together. He is an incredible artist, and when he reached out and suggested we should collaborate, I was all in. The initial idea was to make something chaotic, but I feel like it became much more than that. I sent him some recordings, and he created this masterpiece. Instrumentation and percussion by both of us. Arrangement, mix, and artwork by F.I.N.A.L Definitely check out his channel here on RUclips youtube.com/@final.5555 and his amazing bandcamp page!
Thank you for everything. It was a great process. It's great to advance our feelings together... 🔮
@ Likewise!!! I had a great time making the sounds, and it was fun to just experiment. You did an awesome job putting this together!

Very impressive composition. The ever evolving nature of the music is fascinating! Cool drums! Great work! 👏👏👏👏
Many thanks for taking a listen:) I wanted to add a more foundational melody to sort of unite the whole thing together, but then decided that it's good as it is. More fluid and unpredictable. Grateful for your support 🥁

I love the contrast between the slow syrupy low frequency and the rapid-fire breakbeats. There seems to be s story unfolding as the song progresses, like an evolution of a new voice.
So nice of you to notice the contrast in this song! I always liked the juxtaposition of smooth, eerie ambiences to aggressive percussion. Your listens and words are always deeply welcome, dear Patrick!
Cool drums make this track sound out of this world! Fascinating music! 👍👍👍
Thank you Alex! It was a productive Sunday:)

This is so peaceful. I was surprised to see movung pictures! The video really fits the mood of the piece.
Yeah haha, this is the extent of my cinematic skills. I just filmed the ocean for a few minutes, it's beautiful as is. I would like to make little videos like that for my music, but can't find the time to do both music and filming. It would be a good idea to get better at video editing though, makes for a more enjoyable experience.
The unusual percussion pattern makes this really engaging. It gallops! I like the way the sounds wash around stereo field too. Unsettling and dreamlike.
Thank you so much for the listen and the comment! I made the whole thing yesterday, felt good enough to post:) The original drums were faster, but I processed them through Permut 8 for this kind of a broken beat feel.
Very nice futuristic sounding track! Mesmerizing atmosphere! Big like 1 👍👍👍
Thank you so much Саша:) You're the best!
@@tiadiad Always my pleasure!
Kind of an obvious piece. Cheesy and sweet, but I still like it.
gonna drink 300mgs of caffiene then take a nap while blasting this so i can dream about living beings i cannot comprehend whilst awake
That sounds like a nice dream. I also enjoy nightmares. Last night I had a dream that a woman with a huge knife was chasing me around the neighborhood asking what happened to the "blue slippers". And the night before that I dreamt I was being torn apart by three fighter dogs. I like waking up in the middle of the night in absolute terror. Somehow it's exciting. For some reason, every year, for about two weeks or so I get hyper realistic nightmares and dreams. Usually around March. It takes me a few nights to get used to them, but then I almost start wishing for the next one.

Very tasteful placement ofthe percussion! Everything leads very organically to the end. The swirling atmosphere and thumping kick drums have a visceral effect. This was an excellent composition.
Thank you Patrick! I can always count on you:)
Selamat siang
Nice track! Love the drums
Thank you:) Very kind of you to say!
I've listened to this a few times and each time I thought I had written a comment. I can't even remember my first reactions but with each listen my impressions change. Such beautiful music. Crystalline and liquid at the same time.
Thank you so much!!! This really makes me happy. Sometimes I worry that maybe my harmonies don't translate for others. Like maybe they are too washy and all over the place. In so many ways music making has become a natural part of my life, I almost feel like I need it to survive. So it's very personal and fundamental for me. Like eating and sleeping. I'm still trying to learn how to make catchy melodies. Hooks that someone could hum to themselves. I do the old trick and hum melodies into my phone when I think of one, but working them into the overall harmony can be frustrating. Thank you for your kindness. Edit: When I was a kid, my friends and I discovered an abandoned reservoir, and we rode our bikes in there. That had a special effect on me for some reason:) Maybe some of that is channeling through this tune. Life is beautiful.
Excellent track Tiadiad. I enjoyed listening and watching very much. Love this 👍👍👍
Thank you Laboratorio Incognito! Very nice of you to give it a listen.

For anyone who's interested, the Celeste melody and the guitars in the background in this were made using Crow Hill Company's "Vaults" instrument, which is 100% free. Quality stuff.

Great atmospheric music! Spooky and dark! 👍👍👍👍
Thank you Alex:) It's amazing how effective string and wind instruments can be.
@@tiadiad
Having just listened to your other Colleidau Mantu piece I'm now immersed in this world. The dynamics in this piece are very different, much more overt and narrative.
Thank you for taking a listen! This is the main track, while "wind and string" is just the wind and string instruments isolated. Speaking of narratives, I'm taking lessons from your music. I tend to overcrowd my stuff, and then spend a considerable amount of time cutting things out, sometimes at the expense of narrative. My favorite musicians have always been the ones to use a few elements. I think there is something so cool about being confident in your instrumentation, that you let it breathe and develop completely instead of endless, manic additions. I guess it's kind of like going to a restaurant and ordering everything on the menu, rather than tasting that one thing you came there for and savoring every bite.
I just read what I wrote and it sounds like Bill Hader pretending to be an English lord, who desperately wishes to be an artist.
@@tiadiad 😆😆😆 It didn't seem that way to me, but now I can only hear his voice!
Wow, two epic pieces in one weekend! This is very strong. It sounds like you're harnessing a storm with a thin metal sheet. When it changed mood in the middle, and then the strings entered, I got chills!
Thank you Patrick! Check out Tyondai Braxton's "Telekinesis" ep for a similar experience, although much more tastefully done.
Spooky

Hahhaha yea... It was just a one day thing. This Sunday I raided Beatport for something new and ended up making this compilation. It doesn't really track in a traditional "dj mix" sense. Just some cool tracks slapped together, although I'm really enjoying it:)
This is great! I misread the time initially, thinking the video was only three minutes long and I was so into the music that I didn't realize ten minutes had gone by! Three hours is epic! I will need to dive into this in segments but I'm excited to hear what you've crafted.
@@pbartmess Thank you Patrick! I went on a little shopping spree yesterday on Beatport, it's been a while. Been meaning to make a sort of a dj mix for a while, but this is almost more of a playlist than a proper mix. Hope you enjoy the energy, I had so much fun assembling this!

Oh I missed this one last week! I love the softness. Your musicality shows through even on this ambient track, with its interesting structure and emotional edge.
Thank you Patrick:) I made this as I was working on the full track, and there was something about it that kept me coming back. I kind of debated on whether or not to upload this one, but hey, life is short! I am glad you could find some enjoyment in this.
Nice atmosphere, and I agree with @pbartmess that the ripping sound, which floats in quite nicely, has a strange poetry to it that kind of makes the piece.
Unfiltered Audio TRIAD has a very nice odd-harmonics distortion module built in;) I kept playing with it for years, it's an actual reactive thing.
This would be a great soundtrack for a movie. It has a lot of character and fantastic atmosphere. Sound effects are next level! Big like 7 from me 👍👍👍
Thank you Alex:D Making songs like this really does feel like making a movie. Especially with the longer format. You end up breaking the thing into pieces in your mind and treating them as separate little islands which have lives of their own. Sometimes it comes at the expense of groove though, so the feeling has to be consistent.

This has a sultry vibe. I really like the way that ripping sound occasionally makes its presence known. The percussion sounds are nicely organic, like a Tom Waits inspiration.
