It is actually possible to at least gross six figures a year on a one acre market garden by delivering direct to the consumer's door. There won't be anything easy about it and you'll not be doing anything else. Book deals and RUclips channels and things like that are difficult to grow. The weeds usually crowd them out.

I'm not sure what state/municipality you are staying. here in NYS the main problem is not to grow something but to sell what you grew or raised. Any farmer's market owner ( here in NYC) asking for $90 - $125 per a day to participate plus at least $1M liability insurance ( no exclusion). I wonder what exactly should I grow on my land, bringing it to NYC farmer's market, pay all bridge tolls, gas, a truck depreciation, insurance if I have produce collected from 1 acre of land ? Give me a miracle suggestion please, what to grow to make a net 6 figures a year .
