Hello, I hope you are well. I saw your RUclips channel. Your RUclips channel Food Addiction Institute. Your channel subscribers are 1.38k and video 75. Your channel and video content are very good. Also, the thumbnail design is very attractive. But here are some problems: 1. RUclips Video SEO Score 0% 2. Performance 0% 3. Video tags 0% 4. Channel tags 0% 5. End Screen 6. No - title - description - tags are SEO friendly not. 7. Every RUclipsr wants to rank their videos on RUclips. But everybody can't do video SEO correctly and doesn't know the exact rules. So they are not able to rank their videos. As a result, views, likes, and subscribers are not increasing. I am waiting for your response.
Hmm...Glad this came up in my feed. Where can I find a solution? I am miserable....
agree 100 % about that DANCING LADY in the diabetic ad. so sad .
He cured many kids of bed wetting. It was pleasure working with him.
I just want to help really, please read me it could save soo many lives, or at least give more time: Guy TENENBAUM's case about cancer stage 4 and his protocol (he didn't use chemotherapy or radiotherapy): - a low-carb diet outside the fasting period (total elimination of carbohydrates/sugars) and eating OMAD (One Meal A Day) crucifers, garlic, onions, avocados, walnuts/almonds, olive oil and oily fish to avoid losing too much weight (avoid meat and cheese) - taking specific food supplements that Guy TENENBAUM has called TCC (The Cancer Cure) which correspond to his 5 essentials, with the dosage he took: * High-dose melatonin 30 mgr before going to bed (Phycocyanine or Lithotamne, but the most powerful would be melatonin): inhibition of SCOT (to use pure phycocyanine and lithotamne to increase the volume of SCOT inhibitors in addition to melatonin) * Allicin (either as a 2400 mg quality concentrated pill, or with crushed raw garlic): up/down stream of SCOT * Matcha green tea (with turmeric and ginger): up/down stream of SCOT * Metabolic treatment (metabloc): Alpha Lipoic Acid (or Sodium R Lipoate, 600mg 3 times a day, 1800mg in total) + Garcinia Cambodgia (Hydroxycitric Acid, 600mg 3 times a day, 1800mg in total) + CoQ10 (the transporter, 100mg morning noon evening) * Omega 3 in a DHA - EPA ratio (500mg DHA/200mg EPA): to fight keto paradox during ketogenic diet or the fasting phase * Bromelain (850mg to 5000 GDU) and Quercetin (500mg) for nodules * Berberine and Curcumin to block additional metabolic pathways - Alkalinise the body with a combination of baking soda and cider vinegar - if the body allows it: long fasting then the following month by short fasting and intermittent fasting + taking nutrients and minerals to avoid deficiencies (vitamin D3, Magnesium Bisglycinate and multivitamins) The protocol has been validated by 3 peer-reviewed scientific publications: 1) "Inhibition of SCOT and Ketolysis Decreases Tumor Growth and Inflammation in the Lewis Cancer Model" 2) "Cancer Metabolism: The fasting reset, the ketosis paradox and drugs for elimination" 3) "Unravelling cancer metabolism: Fasting reset, the ketogenic diet? and therapeutic strategies"
Thank you. This is life changing.

Volume eater to physical pain. In pain from overeating.
I am bipolar had seious depression for 7 years changed to keto 2 years ago depression is gone also have diabetes off all tablets for diabetes and blood sugar perfect.
Love hearing this! Same exact illness. Bipolar 2, with deep and long depression… only diagnosed in 2023 at age 37. Got myself out with strict keto and fasting. Felt 100% then went back to SAD. Fine for 7 months (definitely hypomania looking back) skipping back to depression in December and now back to ketovore forever!
'Promosm' 😢
Really underrated subject for the obesity epidemic
I have had the privilege of having Dr Unwin as my G.P. here in Southport for many, many years. When my blood sugar levels had risen sharply, he introduced me to the low carb lifestyle choice instead of simply following the (then) usual procedure of putting me on a drugs regime for life. This was solely because he had taken the time and trouble to learn from his patients who had demonstrated that there was a better way to deal with diabetes than simply drugs. I will be eternally grateful for his dedicated professional approach.
You are so lucky
Excellent! Please do more of these recovery stories
Big food and pharm will never let Food Addiction into the DSM5….bad for their business model. I got my carb addiction under control for the first time in my life by going Keto then Carnivor. Lost 40lbs and have kept it off for 4 years now. 59 yrs old Feel great no medications blood work perfect! I spread the word to who ever will listen.👍😁
I want to THANK YOU for the very informative information, so interesting to hear about food and it's addictive process on us. The problem with most all of these "food disorder" podcasts/RUclipss, you go on and on about the addiction(s), for the person that is just learning about "their" addictions, and whys. But what about the person who knows they are addicted to food, they understand the brain process and such. How DO WE OVERCOME OUR FOOD ADDICTIONS? I'm 62 and just found out I have diabetes. It's no wonder beings I am addicted to food. I've known since I was very young, I wanted, and needed food, differently than others my age. I've dieted and lost weight many times, but the end result, "I was still addicted to food." Since I found out I was a diabetic, weighing 243. I started walking every day, I've cut out processed sugar, to the best of my ability, and cut out fast starchy foods and have lost 10lbs since 9-1-23. 234 Woo-hoo! 😮 The problem with me is, "I've listened to hrs of informationals of food addictions but have not heard any information on how to overcome or address my addiction." Where do we turn to for "overcoming" food addictions? Without having to pay costs and such?
This was a wonderful and informative podcast. Thank you.
This dr is a genius I could listen to him all day
Great podcast. Prof dr. lustig mentioned that he is developing a 14 week metabolic health course. is this going to be delivered online? I hope so, because I will sign up the moment it will be offered. thanks so much for disseminating your knowledge, Dr. Lustig.
Fantastic interview. So helpful.
But cheez-its and pumpkin bars taste delicious 😢

I was thinking about you and Mary because I've been eating candy since my husband, John Mitchell passed away after 23 years. I''ve been in extreme grief and pain. John told me that he worked with you way back in the day. He had 38 years clean, but he came down with a lung disease that there was no cure for. He went to sleep on August 26, 2023 and never woke up.
Anyone able to find the perfact food label app he mentioned
SOOO distracting when she keeps.interrupting. making me nuts. You invited him to listen to what he has to say, lady. Save your own chatter for podcast episodes that are just you. Sheesh.
I can listen to him the whole day
🎉🎉me too !Superb knowledge! 😊

This is a great RUclips channel. Thanks for your important work. And thank you for inviting so many top-notch guests. 🙏
When I was in college, healthcare cost was 11-12% of gross domestic product. Currently it is 18.3% (2021)... remember that dollars spent on healthcare inflate as well as the gross domestic product inflates, but each does not inflate at the same rate. There is no way that our current medical technology ( drugs, cardiac catheterization, stents, ICUs) can lower costs... they are too good at revenue generation. We have to fix our personal and public health so that we can avoid entering the medical system. The medical system is way too expensive, even at the primary care level. Prevention, prevention, prevention is the real answer.
Absolutely. BIGFOODInc and BIGMEDInc are two sides to the same problem. They both profit off us eating poorly.
Yes I am on ozempic since April, wait till I tell my doctor I want off this stuff. No appetite whatsoever. It is terrible. A1C has come down to pre-diabetic. But I would rather do it with diet. If I can stand it on give it till April. I would really rather do it with diet exercise. Using this time to do a diet reset. Praying I learn enough and become determined enough so that I won't gain the weight back and go back to a crappy diet once the Ozempic is gone. People think it's a free pass it's not. Still have to get your head right. Because you can still eat without an appetite. And still eat the wrong stuff. Weekends and wanting to eat out is what I need to get in control. I still have not figured that out. All processed foods are gone. I'm about 70% plant-based. But I need more protein especially from losing muscle like you said. I hope not.
i believe in you :) years ago i was desperate, i knew i had to change i wanted to just get a surgery, but i realized... if i don't accept the bottom line... my relationship to food has to change... 40 years will go by and i'll need another surgery, another program, it will never end so i cut out the middle man and just chaned my relationship to food :) lost 165 pounds and got off all my meds in less than a year ! what kind of protein sources do you like the most, with plant-based?
You should try Keto. It really works.
By george, I think you've figured it out
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. I really appreciate you. Thank you. ❤

Glad to find this video. I have learned alot from Dr. LUSTIG.
Chromium picolinate gets rid of sweet tooth. Our foods are low on chromium picolinate Try AMBROSIA PRODUCTS NOMORBIDITY is one of them
Thank you for sharing this conversation!
Bromalate in bread turns to bromide. Also, like this amazing dr said…. Flour is sugar. Ruining your hormone receptors eating that
Every mental disorder has overlap.
I noticed keto helping with depression after I had my son. When pregnant I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. I was on a restrictive diet. Once I had him I ate all the carbs. I got severely depressed. Existential crisis. I ended up switching my diet back to lower carb and felt a bit better. I’ve now switched to extreme low carb/carnivore. I feel good besides situational anxiety. I am interested in learning more and reading these studies.
I eat fish/prawns every 5 days for essential omega 3's ,( on my Carnivore diet) .Omega 3's help with mood . More Fats also help mood /anxiety.
@@kenadams5504 yeah my anxiety is directly caused from something I can not change in my environment. I eat fish regularly also in my way of eating. Not so much shrimp though.
I have heard stories of people with anorexia being helped by a lower carb/“no carb” diet. They eat more and notice they don’t really gain weight and then therefore get the nutrients their bodies need.
This was excellent and I am now listening to the audiobook of "Food Junkies" as well
Please could we have more lectures like this?
Thank you
Wonderful interview
Can you speak to the addiction of escapism? I feel that all addiction is due to escaping discomfort of our realities. So many vices are so readily at hand so easy to fall prey to our addiction to dopamine
