This n52b25 e92 manual 218hp has exactly the same acceleration as mine e60 258hp n52b30 in automatic
Because e60 is heavier
@hackingby yes and because it has automatic transmission compare to this manual. My point was if youre looking for a not that young bmw that still is making good performance these are worth it
3eme gear 160kmh ! 4eme 200kmh !
I drive a 1.1l colt. Watching this, I actually felt genuine fear when the needle kept going after 150.... i remember pushing my engine on a windy, mostly straight road and reaching like 130-140, it was fun but then i saw something ahead of me and had to break. It was scary but manageable with a fwd. I would probably initiate some sort of oversteer from liftoff in an e92, but still its my dream car and i have my eyes set on on a 325i. Theres no way i will be driving a 1.1l for another year xD. Having fun sometimes is fine but, for people who have very little experience in moments where things can go wrong in seconds... its important to have some sort of restraint.
Your board computer is lagging due to its fuel consumption 39l/100km
Slower to 200 than my brick GLK 350 CDI 4matic.
rwd, 2.5 liter, 218 hp compared to a 4x4 3.5 liter with imense torque😭
Der z4 m40i fährt sich sooo geil
Thanks for the video!
i only see 199
did any check engine appear after doing this? I have the same car but everything is stock. Sounds nice btw!
E92 325i 2.5L manual 0-100km/h ruclips.net/video/JGhAlV4oez0/видео.html
I run a 318i N46, it's definitely not this fast. And if you listen to the engine note you will hear it's a straight 6,while the 318i was a 4 pot in the N46. Dude lyin his ass off
Stock?
Runs preety smooth and good for 318i any mods? Or downhill or? Just healthy car? 🙂
Sounds like straight 6 engine😁
Yeah was about to ask
it is not the 318i , the rev meter "red scale" is different between 6 000 and 7 000 rpm
This one is same car but better acceleration ruclips.net/video/GL8rAyJwG1g/видео.html try to shift at 6500rpm you will gett max power :)
It's not even the same car. Car in this video is 2003 facelift with 143 hp engine , yours is 1999 pre facelift M43 with 118 hp engine... And he already shifts very close to 6500, I don't know what you are talking about
I have a 318ci 5 speed. It's slow and sluggish. Very bad. But it looks good, and that's what it's about trollolol.
Visit my Channel for similar content, thx :)
Not 200 km/h
Uuuh yes?
Tidy mate 👍
Lmao my e39 2.5d has same acceleration
Eh no
U can see video on my chanel
Yes certainly.... Until it goes to limp mode
E39 is quality, not new shit cars
@@valzybalzy2491 that actually say the guy that can not afford a new car. Yeah what ever!
slow bos
6.86 seconds
this is not 318.....
Bmw❤😎👌
Manual or automatic? Fancy getting rid of my vrs for one of these but hear they have very little torque mid range?
ruclips.net/video/KLNh_TNncoA/видео.html
0:07 - 0:16 faster than the new 318i😂😂
The new one is wierdly heavier.
@Just DoIt It is. Do some research before commenting.
Hello, how much is the fuel consumption of this car. And are you satisfied with the engine?
It's all about your driving style. I have one and I'm very satisfied, great cruiser and very fun on backroads especially with sport suspension and a manual transmission. I do a lot of city driving and average about 7.8l/100km, however on the highway and long trips I do around 6.2l/100km (I did a 500km trip on half a tank a few weeks ago) so it's not that bad. Usually combined I do 750-800km on a full tank (including a lot of city driving). This consumption is with winter tyres that have an "E" for economy, if I get some A or B rated tyres I would be able to get it down to 7,3 and 5,7
Hey man, did you encounter any problems with this car ? I am looking into buying one and i dont know much about the reliability of it. I just heard that the water pump tends to die randomly
Hi...the n52 version in 2.5 or 3.0 ltr is v reliable......the water pump should be changed every 60k to 80k miles..... The n53 version 3.0 is less reliable with HPFP issues as well as injector problems too......i have the n52 b25 version.....cost v little to run...
N52 engine 2005 to late 2007....n53 from late 07 onwards...
I have 2.5L N52. nothing with the engine yet, but something is due to be fixed, because the revs jump sometimes tiny bit when idle , that is all. Works fine, no engine codes and pulls strong. The bonnet latch (driver side in UK) is broken though, it won't shut properly (BMW want 55GBP for the part) and front control arms + discs need changing due to warping , caused possibly by wrong brand pads/disc or the failed bushing (550GBP all in with VAT ,Lemforder + Brembo). I also did full service costing me 300GBP , including 6 x coils and spark plugs + 8L of oil included. I love the car, so I am saving still for waterpump/thermostat combo (500GBP all in if I am lucky), and maybe VANOS soldenoids as preventative maintenance.
I own the same N52 engine in my E92 330i pre-LCI, port injection, normally aspirated. Zero problems in six years ownership. Touch wood. Last year I decided to change the 11 years old battery just in case, lol. 100 euros job at trusted Indy garage.
@@milnazachod That rev jumping is probably caused from "broken" throttle body. :P
320i 6zyl 2.0
Engine rotation is go very hight . It doesnt dangerous ?? Or harmful
not if the engine oil is warm enough
nima s the m44 engine can take 7.5k rpm easy.
Matīss Nazgra its also a natural aspirated engine and means it can take more abuse because it's all engine, its not a turbo or supercharger on it
0:07 - 0:16 Not Stock.
143hp N/A and a curb weight of 1285kg, if he launched better he could've done it even quicker.
2.5 Liter Schalter ? N52?
Warum?
hi, is this the 2.5 L ??
Its 3l without turbo 330i is with one 335i is with two But all of those are basically same engine
@@szymonzak5560not quite. 325i pre-lci has 2.5 n52b25 330i pre-lci has 3.0 n52b30 335i pre-lci has n54, which is 3.0 twin turbo. Main difference between n52 and n54 beside the turbo is fuel injection. n52 is port injected, n54 direct. lci e9xs have other engines: 325i and 330i had n53 which was naturally aspirated and direct injected. 335i lci had n55 engine which had a twin scroll turbo (not twin turbo, there is a difference)
Its normal temperatur 120grad for bmw?
It is oil temperature, so normal is 80-130° depending on ambient temperature and load. Most dials show water/coolant temperature which should be around 90°, but modern cars will always tell you 90° if it is not overheating, because "normal" drivers would possibly be worried when they see temperatures like 95 or 85.
Safe îs 110-120 after you wear The oil quality and The engine
Yes
Pretty quick though partly due to the tank being empty but who cares it's a BMW
Cool 👍🏽
Bhh
i love bmws but my fully stock 94 d15 civic does 0-100 in 8.3 secconds?
Wheels Unlimited Not much less power and its way lighter
and you car must be light as hell which cant be compared.
7.¿. S. 0-100 km
Could I get the link of where to buy this exhaust?
Bought a 2000 model bloody lovely car so smooth to drive and plenty of power. Love it but i need spare key and there like 140£ damn..
its the 4cylinder 2L 318ci? the 1995cm3?
+pikeee yes. I have the same engine in coupe from 2003
E46 therefore I assume it's the 2L N42 engine
Why go flat out in a car when it is not warm? Not good for the poor 2.5 6 cyl.
+henning berntsen the car is warm dude. you can safely access redline once the needle reaches 70. although you should wait until it is exactly the same as in this video
90 is pretty much the standard it just looks strange because most cars the needle goes to the middle of the gauge.
That's Oil temperature
it is not a 2.5l, it's a 3.0
check the description.. it is. i drive the same. from 2006 - 2007 some models have the N52B25 engine which is 2.5L and from that on its N53 3L
