I play both Baiken and Slayer, I love both characters its just unfortunate that the difference in power is so glaring its insane.

Yes he was always like this. I don’t even watch streams like that but I saw him playing ranked back in SF4 and it was the same way. I’m glad you were vindicated after his situation with punk was exposed

Im gonna be honest i dont know what im looking at 90 percent of the vid, but it works apparently

i really like the theory around this, especially with baiken in her current state. I still feel like some of these hits could be confirmed into full combos, especially when you have meter, for the win. I know it is a lot different in game recognizing the situation on the fly but I’ve seen quite a few times where if you would’ve used the meter you already had, you could’ve ended the round, instead of going for another mixup. Hindsight is 20/20 but I guess I’m curious if you condition them so much that you’re seemingly unpredictable when and when you won’t use meter that it pays off in the long run when it really counts or if it’s just your kinda thing. Hopefully this makes some sense. Been a huge fan of your play for awhile now so it’s all love.

i picked up baiken a few months ago and have been stumped but i love playing her, watching these videos will help me a lot with developing game sense and pressure routing. you may not have the biggest following but please keep doing this, all these baiken players are forever grateful

I hop all these Baiken nerfs mean she's getting some of those classic moves back. Even if they don't give her a parry or Alpha Counter atleast command dash and follow ups

Still haven't seen any other Baiken mains do cross over jump Roman Cancels yet. You have a unique strategic skill set few can probably pull off. Great montage as always ITH🫡

Good to see you again ITH. Arcsys has been ignoring Baiken so I've been dying out there in Tower, man. And I don't know what the future holds for this character. It looking like I had a great time with this character, I learned a lot, met a lot of great folks through wanting to improve at this game and liking Baiken as a character. But if things aren't looking up for Baiken in Strive, ie buffs, new moves, etc then Sparking Zero is calling my name. Good to see you still playing Baiken ITH. Stay up

I'm a baiken main. I wanna win a lot of tournaments and mayors too. I know always will exist a "correct and optimal way to use one character" but that shouldn't limit you in what you can learn or try. For example, my favorite players are umisho and tempest, even though they use a complete archetipe of characters, at the same time in their gameplay is where I learned the most of things I can use on my playstyle. The thing is I consider you need PASSION and love for your game, and mainly for *your characther* to always (almost) have the motivation to take, explore, learn and use; the tips you can see in other players, the guides of the optimal gameplan of your caracther and the labbing you can do for fun in training mode.
