Birkenstock sells a regular/wide size - and - a narrow/medium size. The narrow medium has a little foot inside of the top of the footbed. It will be all shaded in if they are a narrow, and the regular/wide little foot will NOT be shaded in. This is how you tell the difference.

Even though you wanted cream colored one, that light milky pink color is still very light and neutral and will go with everything as well. That's the color I would get if it was me ❤
