The fan film is fantastic. My only gripe is the musical score. It's very underwhelming, unispired, samey, generic, and bland. This is a problem I see with most fan films. That gripe aside, I truly enjoyed this. In my head cannon, this is a great prequel to Batman '89.

Great movie! I chuckled a little that Batman disappeared, reappeared, and then threw down a smoke bomb right in front of the guy and went straight up.

The philantropic and compassionate side of Bruce Wayne is not shown often enough. That is what this film achieves. It reminds me of "Dying is Easy" where Batman's detective and manipulative skills are demonstrated in a way that is never shown in the movies. These short fan films are excellent! In fact, the studios should hire these guys to make the next blockbuster!

HOLY SHIT. The lighting, the movements, the camera shots/angles, building up tension and a lesson learned all in a short but an effective prequel to my favorite Batman movie. If I hadn’t seen Batman 89 as a kid and saw this first, I would’ve taken this as to what’s to come for Burton’s version! BRAVO

I’m 38 and Batman 89 enthusiast and I do have to say this was better then I thought it would have. The other side tp what happens in Batman is caught which is the events going on around these different events happening around Gotham as well as how others are effected by what they have to do when they’ve hit that point. Not going to critique the Batman cause this is not the film to do that with. Everything about this short film spot on keep it up long overdue

For such a short movie it really captured the essence of Batman/Bruce Wayne. It is so well done I am really amazed.

It was nice to see something like this, not made by hollywood.

The oath to always remain true to the source material and present Batman as the watchful protector he truly is. I stumbled upon this short fan film and my goodness it was well presented. The same gothic style Gotham, the gloomy harrowing setting of a crime infested city, corrupt law enforcers and lastly the dark alleyways,a grim reminder of the tragic incident that took Bruce's parents from him, everything is shown meticulously. You gave us more than what we could have asked for. Great job guys.

Congratulations on this. It is first class. High end material like this proves the fans know more about these franchises and how to make them than the studios do.

I have to say, the filmography is quite good. Really felt like Gotham City. The costumes were top notch. Acting was ok, really like sarge character. It was cool to see their side rather than Batman. Really good beginning.

Watched this one year ago and came back to watch again. This film gets better with every viewing. I even "Liked" again but unfortunately the likes only count once otherwise every time as I am watching I would keep liking to give this video as many hits as possible. Excellent work done on this fantastic Batman fan film. A fan film masterpiece.
