Cao Bo Organic Pu'Er Tea by AN SHIM TEA
During our April Vietnam Tea Tour, we made an improvised trip to the Cao Bo area to visit our friend's factory and witness how they produce their signature Pu'Er tea. This tea is unique and differs from Chinese modern Shu (Ripe) produced nowadays. It reminds me of old-school Pu'Er with a medium level of fermentation, which allows tea to change over time! Plus, the environment in which they store their tea is unique due to a high humidity level, reflecting in a distinctive 'Vietnam flavor'!
