I was elated when I found this game. My dad and uncles played axis and allies all the time and this (from what I can tell) is the spiritual successor to it. I cant wait to get it for myself.

Very interesting game, it was mentioned in a recent Axis and Allies video by Board Game Nation.

Thanks for doing these videos - couple suggestions to improve qaulity. Camera stability/focus. Consider something to help with that as you are all over the maps and out of focus a fair bit. Also, some better backlighting to take the sheen off othe board would really help. Those two issues combine make the prduction not great. The content is great but...again TY for doing this.

When you send airplanes to a battle in the sea, they should go back to friendly territory after the battle? Or they stay there.

Hi tom i have a question in war room, can you move land troops to enemy territory from another enemy territory or you need, first, control that territory ? (Of course using the pinning rules.)

A keen eyed viewer pointed out the final score was counted wrong. The Morale (1st column) is included in the last game Round when determining who gets 1st, 2nd, 3rd in terms of the Prestige awards but the Morale column is NOT added to the Prestige for the final score. So turns out Great Britain/Austria won after all by 8 pts. The tie made for good drama though.

At 35:28, the Prussia player cancels orders of their land units into East Prussia territory. I don't see anything in the rulebook (v143) about canceling orders aside from a requirement to cancel erroneous ones - is it implied that you can also choose to cancel orders, even if they are valid movements?

At first I wasn't sure about the scoring fase but when you pin the medals😮. I got it it's not only the game bonus is the commander bragging for a round.

I assume just a error on the commanders end but during the battle for Ruthenia, Austria chose to hit the cavalry before the half infantry. Due to the Hierarchy he would have had to hit the infantry first right?

Question regarding battles; during Prussian turn he attacked Austria in Austrian territory, on the second round of battle Prussia rolled 4 reds and a bar and Austria rolled 1 red and 2 bars. Austria received 0 hits due to it blocking two hits, my question is couldn’t have Prussia not use its extra reds to assign hits to the fort anyway or the extra hits just get discarded after assignment if no designation was given originally?

I am a little confused on convoys, specifically the ones that have multiple bubbles connected to each other i.e. convoys between Indochina and Borneo. do you have to target one specific bubble or is that all one bubble and what if different opponents control the corresponding different ports?

Should you use a pencil or a whiteboard marker, which is better to play?

I just picked up this game for my dad in a great secondhand deal. I have a question if you can answer. I want to know what version of the game I have without tearing open the cellophane. The person who sold it says it’s the first edition. But pictures I’ve seen has the jumbo pack as just as wide as the core game box. What I have is a jumbo pack that’s slightly thinner than the core game box.

What’s going on with this project?

The airplanes can atacck alone? Or they need to do it with ships/troops .
