Great vid thank you - Nordic Track doesn't sell the bearings - they want you to buy the whole assembly for big $$$. FWIW those bearings were 36 bucks each at Grainger Industrial which is outrageous but only 6 bucks each at Amazon for Timken brand which is a decent quality bearing.

This was the best concert me and my wife have been to. The sound, visuals, experience were top notch. It's like church but on steroids.

Ok so I bought a mustang that has the shaker 500 but the radio was missing. I purchased one of a gentleman for 50$ but is was the base radio without the amp output. There is no spot for the small plug for the amps but the other 2 larger ones are hooked up. I bought the 12v to 5 v converter so the subs won't pop being connected to 12v. The red /black is - and the brown and orange is + for the amps but what would I connect the other 2 wires to? The green and purple and the ones that is a larger wire with the loose insulation on it?

Anyone know what synthesizer(s) John uses for this super amazing intro????

Hi that was a great video. I’m having the same problem as you. My Shaker 500 in my 2006 Mustang GT was draining my battery (known issue) 0:25 so decided to upgrade to a plug and play head unit from Amazon Chinese head unit). I know it's cheap but this is an old car and I just wanted to solve the issue and get Apple CarPlay. So I plugged everything in and it worked great except my amplifiers in the doors aren't working. The company has been nice, but no help. They told me to connect the AMP wire to the ACC red wire, the problem is that 12v from the new radio, the Shaker amps runs on 5V. I purchased a 20$ step down adapter from Redwolf. I have the Mustang wiring diagram. The wire that powers the amp is green purple that plug connects the their plug, an antenna (blue) wire. Their plug has two blue antenna wire one above the other) I cut the blue antenna wire (that connects to the green/ purple)and connected the yellow wire from the adapter. Ground to ground and the adapter blue to the ACC red. Amp still doesn't work. I did not install their blue Amp wire from their head unit, should I? I thought that blue wire was for an aftermarket amp. Just so you know I didn't cut the second blue antenna wire and I will tape off the other end of the blue antenna wire I cut. Any thoughts would be appreciated! Great channel, I’m a new subscriber! Thanks Fred

Note: If you wire it this way as shown in the video, your mirror turn signals will come on with the brake lights. I didn't like that, so to fix this, you need to wire into the front turn signals by making the connections in the Smart Junction box in the passenger kick panel. Dark blue wire with orange stripe for the passenger turn signal and gray wire with black stripe for the driver turn signal.

I took mine out to clean while I was changing the radio. Mine was sticking and I bought the same aftermarket piece as you. After cleaning I didn’t need it but I broke the indicator black plastic. I put electric tape but it didn’t look good. I used a piece of paint protection film I had around. It looks cleaner now. Great video! I will use the same technique if mine breaks.

I bought a head unit from China. I don’t have the output channel. I’m in contact with them to figure it out.

Hey Man, I'm getting similar issues. I see that in the start of this video your car is doing the same thing, oil pressure is high at idle and dwindles to like psi when warm. Do you remember if the oil pressure was fine at other rpms? Mine is fine everywhere other than idle and curious if my pump got stuck in that mode too

Thanks for the idea. It’s pretty annoying that the 3rd party ones don’t have the indicator and that the only way to get a oem one is to buy a whole new shifter assembly for $150

Hey, thanks for the mention...I would definitely repeat the process. It's clearly had a positive effect on your engine so perhaps giving it more time or changing your process a bit might end up fixing the issue altogether. You didn't go into details on how you performed the soak so hard to tell but I've cured 3 cars with this so far so you should be able to get better numbers
