When i played this a few years back, i found you can bug every cutscene by playing on a portable hard drive and not turning on HDD mode. Literally every 2 cutscenes someone's animation breaks and traffic straight up doesn't spawn
lmao that's great, I noticed the same cutscenes were glitched the same exact way every time I made a new save so it's legit on the disc.
