Can you help me? Sometimes when I sleep my brain feels like it’s going to explode. I’m glad when I wake up. I Don’t have sleep apnea. I don’t have to get up during the night. I have had a sleep study done. My blood tests are quite normal. Don’t know what to do next because it doesn’t happen all the time only occasionally.. like today. It was very bad. I don’t sleep much. I wake up several times a night after about a hours sleep.

I have listened to Dr Gominack's lectures & an interview on RUclips. My interest it the Right Sleep protocol is for self improvement. Is there a program available for individuals to learn? Thank you.
