Somthing similar to this happened to me last night my cousin said i woke up started freaking out hid behind his door then went over by his bed and then i woke up confused and wondering how i was standing. Although im 17 and never had sleepwalking issues until that night 😅so im still a bit shock up

This guy has his shit together. I’m a new diver with 40 dives but watch a lot of tutorials on RUclips to help learn what I need to practice on my dives to perfect my buoyancy/trim etc. but my main limiting factor in getting better is actually getting out there and diving. I live in the Midwest so half of the year is freezing and the other half all we have to dive is cold, dark, and silty quarry’s. I guess it’s good for training, since when I finally had visibility diving in the Maldives it was like scuba diving on easy mode lol having function in your hands since they aren’t freezing and being able to see your buddy and gauges 😂

Me and my sister used to sleepwalk! Hers for some reason started later in life and only happened twice. Once she stood up and said "he's coming ooga booga" before walking down stairs and coming back with a dishwasher pod and gave it to my sister. Mine stopped when I was around 6 and the first time I did it was around four, my dad went to smoke and saw me walking down the street. It freaked him out

I think the most important thing is being able to get over your pride/ego and say I messed up. I need to learn/practice/drill more. Good deal being able to admit “I messed up”. Thank you for the video.

There is something so eerie and also magical about diving down a wall into a deep, freezing cold, pitch black abyss. It lowkey takes some balls to do what we do.

I use to do this same thing when i was a kid actually clear up till i was 17 and then it just stopped??? I dont understand it but it can ve very scary luckily either the doors were locked or someone was always up when it happened.

Bro thank you so much for sharing. It break my heart to see someone so pure and innocent in that kinda pain and stress. Dad of the year brought me to tears. I've been sleeping and sleep punching walls and feel uncomfortable to be in that state. Nothing but love keep it up gave me hope.

Im a commercial diver, i walk on the bottom, but i use fins for shipping and inspections is or is a ship or shallow depth. Welding alwaus drysuit offshore hotwatersuit.

Great video and respect for sharing. The almost exact same scenario happened to me in 2009. I also was a bit cocky after gaining deep nox certification and had the same issue in a sinkhole. It was also completely my fault. My dive buddy saved me and got me out, it was so dark I didn't know what was going on, I'm blessed that he is a very calm and logical person. These things stick to you and I get the replaying over and over in your head of how you almost died, just like that. Don't beat yourself up over and over, we just have to learn and move on. Be safe!

Great video Steve. Do you use Molykote 111 on the pin connectors for the Nerd or HUD? If so, how often and how much are you using? That's what the manual recommends, but didn't see exactly where I should be applying it, how often and how much to use. Similar to Triblolube, I assume less is more (shiny not slimy), just not sure if it should be on the pins themselves or just on the rubber portion of the pins, etc.

I’ve always wanted to scuba and just did my first session for the course! It isn’t coming easy to me even though I thought my enthusiasm would be enough to make it feel like second nature. I’m a bit afraid of the things that can go wrong. What do you do if you inhale water accidentally because the regulator gets knocked out?

Shutoff valve I think it's to close the intake of diluent, I don't see how would create a problem with CO2, just see a problem if you go deeper and the counter lungs get squeezed.
