You can look that up easily enough. It was just common sense that she was with her sisters - whether they were with Bob or anyone else. Her three half sister were a lot closer in blood relation than her half aunt and staying in London, meant she could continue to see her mom's friends and their kids.

I don’t think Richard and Judy quite understood how to ask these types of questions, since criticism of Richard for his interviewing style is not new. I really don’t know why Richard and Judy were so popular and allowed to air for so long. They were terrible, judgmental and abrasive interviewers.

There is a lot we will never know. A happy man in a stable relationship doesn't kill himself alone in a hotel room. There were men in Australia that gained financially from Michael's death. Both these men were not present at his funeral. Shady business exec types. Like many out there who loved INXS, and did not know him personally, I have always felt sorrow for Michael's immediate family and the 5 guys in INXS - who knew him well. Imagine been in rehearsal and you get the news your best mate and frontman is dead.

Poor Paula was destroyed by the press for just being honest. During her divorce, she stated that Bob had tried to choke her, controlled who she could call and her money and that he had 6 affairs. Claire King would later brag that she was one of his affairs. Through all this the press just called Paula a liar!!! There was no MeToo movement back then to speak up on victim's behaves. Even sadder is when she had a suicide attempt and the press said she did it for attention. Can you imagine if someone said that about depression and suicide today?! Even the press saw how Bob was trying to make her homeless and broke and still took his side. It was so unfair.

Paula had suicide attempts as well - before and after Michael died. Even people who love their children, as Paula definitely did, can become so depressed that they're suicidal.

I agree & do feel sorry for their daughter Tiger Lilly, but feel bad for Paula's 2 other young daughter's she left behind as well. Let's not forget it was only 3 years later when Paula died from a heroin OD herself & left her little girls without a mother in this world. Paula's heroin OD showed such great parental skills bringing up her own daughters. That the following year after her death, her daughter Peaches also died from a heroin OD. I met Micheal in a nightclub, we were sitting at the same table and he spoke to me. I wish I had been a bit friendlier, dont know why I wasnt. Our paths crossed a few times. I lived in Kings Cross and would see him walking down the street on the other side, and he saw me too.
He was not the train wreck . How he allowed himself to be manipulated is mind boggling. You can see from when he went from being a happy successful man to being brain damaged from the cab driver to just the fighting with Geldof and the struggles with her divorce. I think he should gave dumped her after the first night. Dont get involved with a married woman with children not even divorced. Omg and she got pregnant not because he wanted a kid, she trapped him. Prozac at his death was mainly from the whole Bob and Paula fiasco. He had stopped prozac after awhile before then started again because of court and media pressures with whole custody thing he was dragged into. She was leaning on Micheal more and more financially after Bob had her fired.

These interviewers are the worst. On the other hand, to suggest that your son “never planned to marry”, as of it is okay to knock up some broad, make no commitment to the mother of your child, as an option, suggests that Mum may have been as smothering, as Paula. Either way, it’s on Michael to stand up to both, and make whatever sacrifices are necessary, to serve the best interest of the child he willingly brought into this world. No excuses. His Mom was no great shakes. Nor was his father.
You don't need to be married to take care of a child. Bob didn't want to marry ever according to early interviews. He only married Paula after much pressure when Fifi was 2 and then he and Paula had an open relationship. Through it all, and afterwards, he was always a great dad to his and even Michael's kid.
