Well dang that’s pretty wild. Automatics are like a puzzle to me lol. Glad you got it taken care of
I'm starting not to like any of the been thinking I should just start riding a bike lol
@@CCAutoWorks you might be onto something there lol
Awesome video brothers. Thanks for sharing. Sounds good. Keep the content coming. Hope you have an incredible night. Much love and RESPECT
Thanks brother have a good evening
That really sucks
That it does
You did away with that fusebox ?
Not completely The cars original fuse box just runs the gauges and headlights now
@@CCAutoWorks OH ok cool.
Oh wow!!!! That's crazy!!!!
Lucky the trans was able to stay in
@cjuniversal69 Nice, so it was an internal leak. Sweet!!!! Man I'm glad it was a bad internal part. You didn't have to drop the trans I wounder. My 08' with the 4r75w start slipping in and out of first and shifting hard from first 2 second. I wounder if it's the valve body on that one?
@cjuniversal69 Hell yea brother!!! I just contacted a trans guy and told him what my 08' Vic is doing and he says the vakvebody is warped and stuck. He'll yea!!! The plate is prob wore through as well. That is way better( and cheaper) than a whole transmission!!!!! AWESOME!!!!
@cjuniversal69 Now I can get my Grandson back up and running. I was figuring a whole rebuild or replacement
DAM IT MAN!!! That sux!!! Sounds like an internal leak.
Yessir
😅
I sure hope this is it... Just rebuilt. Butter smooth and perfect in every way but no 4th.
It worked for me
U explain it the way us simple folks can understand. Im so glad u mentioned saving before you start. 😂 i did not the last time i was tuning. Then i couldn't remember which tune was in the truck 🤦♀️Spiral notebook is the key. Good tip.
Makes life easier
Saved to watch later, I want to see this on my laptop VS my phone. I really need to invest in a wide band. I have HP Tuners MPVI3, so I should be good to go with this set up to log A/F. Currently have a hard cold start, doesn't want to stay running issue to chase before I do any further tuning. No SES lights, it's just suddenly become cold blooded. I feel like I'm driving something with a carburetor again.
Carburetor good times logging make everything so easy
@@CCAutoWorks let's hope so... it's weird that it just randomly started happening. Now it's daily. When I leave for work, and again when I leave work to go home.
@@bluecollarhotrods9781 mine was doing something like that it was the evap deal on the front top intake
@@CCAutoWorks did it throw a code? Any fuel smells once the truck started? Mine almost acts like it's flooded for a few seconds then clears up. But, I have to sit there and wiggle my foot on the gas pedal at first to keep it running.
@@bluecollarhotrods9781 no code but it was staying open and flooding the truck hard start 9/10 afr when it would finally start
I’ve had to tune a few carburetors on my bikes, was kinda a pain. Got it done though 🐸🍺🔪🔥
Yessir they can be tricky
Lol I liked the disclaimer. Might have to start using that in all my stuff. If you’re like me, explaining something like this is a whole lot easier in person lol. Good video C&C
Yessir thanks for watching
🔥💪✌️
Thanks brother
Awesome video brothers. Thanks for sharing. Keep the content coming. Hope you have an incredible night. Much love and RESPECT
Thank you brother for all your support
👍
😂that 1st little bit was like watching my silverado try to do a burnout😂
Stock converter problems. But, but... it's an ALL the TQ cam 🙄
@@bluecollarhotrods9781 lol yep. Can't wait to see real dyno numbers. Curious bout that torque which is exactly why i picked my cam to begin with
Mine hit one hell of a lick the other day
@@CCAutoWorks yeah? U run it or dyno it ?
@@Ralf1NATOR I'm talking about a burnout I didn't think a 5.3 had it in it but damn once you turn that thing lose it don't want to stop
😂
Lol!!!! Cool deal!!!
Good times
What timing you sitting at on this?
Initial 12° overall 36°
😮
😂 now thats quality father son time
Trying make some memories
@@CCAutoWorks yes sir i get it ❤️
Good video
He ain't got a jacked-up truck and a cold beer in his hand but he has a dirt road
You damn right amen
GET IT!!!! YUS SUH!!!!!!
Can this be done in vehicle?
I don't see why not u just have to remove the valve body
Hey thanks this helped me almost 3 years later!
NICE!!!!!
Thanks for the tip ❤
Did it hold up
If u don't over do it it holds up well
@CCAutoWorks I'm doing this on some fiberglass door panels. I've always used resin to thin it but I may try this also
@@ImadeItTillMidnight if you have the money for resin id definitely do that
How did this all work out
Everything was ok except the bushings
All the tuning abilities. Awesome video my brothers
Thanks brother
WOW, this went from rags to riches. You guys really knocked it out of the park with scatback. You do some serious work. The interior looks impressive and those graphics scream "LOOK AT ME".
Thank you we tried
@@CCAutoWorks looks amazing. i think it is one of your best builds.
@@MillCreekFabShop definitely the most expensive
🔥🔥🔥
Very nice. Think u could do my truck ?
Yeah if u send pics
@@Ralf1NATOR sketch picture app
Did you sketch those? Or ate they generated?
I wanted to know the same
App
@@CCAutoWorks That's still cool!!!!!
@@GrandPitoVic sketch picture app
That's friggin nice!!!!!
😮
Good info. Could solve a couple of my problems. My injector scaling i started around the middle so ill back it down and start at 0. Also my truck drags along like cruise is on so ill try to 0 out the throttle cracker. Thanks for the info
Killing it. You can get rid of the i intro. I nesd that more then you lol. Im the tard
Great video man
Man, guys, is there anything ya'll can't do? You two are youtube heroes!!!! I have been MIA, family stuff. Tomorrow, I'm back at the new Summit carb. I'm so tempted to try and make my own manual choke conversion. Ya'll see the update. Amazing video, little brother. Man bro your last few videos you've been on point. This one was amazing. Good work, brother!!!! I wish my videos were this good.
I've thought are videos have actually went downhill to be honest I'm ready to see that new carb dialed in
Sounding good guys. Overdrive will be nice out there. Our 70 has a C4. Automatic is a lot of fun too and I'd never change it. It's way more trolling than a stick because it has this calm unrelenting build up that doesn't quit lol. I've had people at redlights floor it to jump ahead of me in my lane and I'm like what the heck as they're car is screaming to get over and I'm just taking off casually. I have to let up on the throttle. I love it haha. Best of luck getting that tranny figured out. It will be epic when it's right to your satisfaction.
Thank you have a good one u get that 6.0 running
@@CCAutoWorks No I've been steady knocking out other smaller projects because its going to take a hard grind to get the old engine out, cleaned, painted, and get the new engine/tranny in. Not going to lie I'm really burned out on it too. But when it's running and the truck primmed that will be a huge milestone. The part you guys are at on the Mustang is tough too when you have to immediately get back into it. That sucks!
God that’s a nice rig
Thank you I really appreciate it
Cool to see you still uploading! I’m guessing you don’t have the blue obs anymore though 😢
Yessir Ive still got it it's just been hot and the a/c doesn't blow very good it's cold just don't blow good
@@CCAutoWorks Ohh! Well it’s cool to know you still got it bro! I can’t wait to get my Yukon cam swapped. Just trying to figure out odds and ends, and I’ve got to get another project set straight first anyway lol
@@clarksgarageofbadhabits6803 u sound like us to many projects
@@CCAutoWorks Haha. Appreciate the subscription bro!
Clean body style sounds bad ass 2🔥🔥
Thank you
Got'em
Noise level is perfect
@@ManuaLiberty I tried hard to get it there I've put ten different setups on there before I could live with this one
For the 393 Windsor?
Yeah and don't line up for nothing
@@CCAutoWorks par for the course sadly. I use OEM pulleys whenever possible. I was really hesitant when I sold all of my small block chevy stuff. I had two 5 gallon buckets full of pulleys.
@@bluecollarhotrods9781 I like keeping that stuff around I had stock pulleys and a serpentine setup for it but nothing lines up idk if it's the balancer or the water pump but it's a pain
@@CCAutoWorks yeah, I've heard some of those engines had multiple configurations. What were they thinking?
@@bluecollarhotrods9781 ford
Clean. Did u have to notch the back ?
Yessir it's notched back will actually go about 2" lower
@@CCAutoWorks sweet roger that. On my list
