This is nice. Good to see that Mrs Kotut is aging gracefully. I remember her in the khaki Agriculture uniform moving around farms guiding farmers. She was very passionate. I found that uniform very attractive. It seemed to be pulling me towards taking a career in Agriculture. May God bless this special lady and grant her many more years.

I served under TONJE when a lot of positive change took place when he became CGS now CDF. We went through hell during previous commands ranging from poor pay, deplorable working conditions and many other negative things borrowed from the Colonial regime. Long life and nice health to you sir.
