Thanks! I just filmed so much videos vertically this year that I just had to find a way to use them

Thank you! Both dives were totally new to me. I have often problems with the board and this time I was too much right on the board. I remember coach sometimes saying that I lift my other hand more than other so if that still happens it can cause the moving. Now without coach its easy to miss those kind of things. I record almost every session fully so I can learn from them but immediate feedback would be so much better.

Diving is amazing! My bad injuries have happened only in tricking or trampoline. Results of bad landings over the years: Totally Ruptured ACL and MCL on left knee and just ACL on right but three times. Luckily now days those kind of injuries are easy to operate. I feel like left knee feels about normal as it was but It also needed 7 months of rehab: strength training every day after surgery. That's why I changed my main hobby to Diving because I feel like its so safe. Need to just remember right techniques we learn in the class! Thank you for your comment. I tried to write as short as possible but I can tell you more of you want. Going to make video also about the last operation (and rehab) They let me film it.

Thank you for sharing that with me! I understand completely the ground is not very forgiving. Where is the water seems to not damage ass like the hard earth! I am 72 and I am just getting into Diving learning the basics, and I love it! I to injured myself I seven my right quadricep tendon a couple of years ago And it took quite a while to recover and I feel that learning the correct entries and starting to build up. A few days is the way to go! Again, thank you for sharing. I love your videos.
