Now, here at EkoBuilt we love Matt Ferrell and have thoroughly enjoyed the content he has created over the years specifically about Net Zero and Passive House. However, recently he posted a video titled "What I Learned After 1 Year in My Net Zero House" and it really frustrated me. The entire video suggests that building Net Zero (or Passive House) is EXTREMELY COMPLICATED and OBSCENELY UNAFFORDABLE.
As someone who has spent a decade building conventional homes then switching exclusively to building Certified Passive Homes I KNOW that this is absolutely NOT TRUE!
