Hi
These about pages are always a challenge and who is really interested about me? Well if you are reading this then I guess that maybe you are or perhaps you just saw something of interest on my channel.
I travel in my Sprinter van in Australia and also given the chance I travel overseas. No matter which country I am in my happy place is outdoors and preferably walking somewhere near the water or amongst trees.
Happy that you've found my channel and hopefully I post some videos that interest you enough to come back again

Crazy afternoon island hopping in Faro, Portugal has to be one of the best ways to spend an afternoon. This was just part of my short visit to Faro the other parts were bones & fish but not at the same time 😀

Right from the get go I found Seville a fun and interesting place to explore by both day and night there was always plenty happening. And I nearly missed a whole different area discovered on my last day. Oh and a totally unexpected parade, you just never know what’s going to happen when you’re in Spain.

Onto the coast in Morocco was so different from being inland and Essaouira did not disappoint then on to Marrakech. A little sensory overload but once I started exploring the back streets and meeting locals it was wonderful. This is the end of my travels with Intrepid and the tour group.

I think the thumbnail says it all about how much I loved my time in the Sahara Desert. Camels are amazing animals who will just do what is asked and the men who worked with them were just beautiful kind people. There is more than just riding camels in this video so hope you enjoy my travel as much as I did

I had all sorts of warnings about traveling to Morocco everything I read said traveling as a female here on your own was not recommended. Actually as is typical for my type of travel I actually didn’t go shopping however I found many amazing streets where I could have. People said don’t go there it’s full of crime and dangerous & dirty. But I loved it. I had such a good time firstly exploring the back streets of Naples and into the manic shopping streets. Then I did a couple of crazy busy day trips on my own which was easy peezy. Amalfi Coast multiple types of transport and I went to heaps of places then the huge ruins plus the lesser known places.

The strange rodent you saw in the river is a nutria, a Coypu, sort of beaver who don't make dams, though. They are not native, but were once breeded for their fur. Fortunately, nobody now wants fur coat, so they are free in nature.
Thank you so much for giving me that information it is way more accurate than Big Mouse. Hope you enjoyed the video
Roman numerals: XII = twelfth century (10+2); XIV= fourteenth Century (10+5-1) and XV = fifteenth century (10+5)
Thanks yes takes me back to school days. Funnily I learnt in Madrid that on many clocks they used IIII instead of IV for 4
@@annsspace2600 In Madrid, they are actually right. Ancient Romans generally wrote IIII to mean 4. If you go by the Coloseum and walk around it, and you'll easily find gate number IIII. For some reason, at a later time notation changed and 4 became IV (5-1). Both notations are still in use and considered as valid. Something that is not ofter found in school books: X represents 2 crossed arms, so that there are 10 fingers overall; V represents a hand, so that there are 5 fingers overall. C simply means "Centum" (Cento in Italian, 1 hundred in English) M means "Milia" (Mille in Italian, one thousand). D means 500, but I don't know why. They also had a complicated way to represent fractions of unit, not so different from Imperial System.
