How I solved K'NEX BIGGEST problem & built my dream rollercoaster
Solving K'NEX rollercoaster car problem with 3D printed train with bearings! This allowed me to finally build the coaster I dreamed of as a kid! A vertical lift coaster inspired by Fahrenheit in Hersheypark.

It’s been a month!
Fuck I forgot, will be making some but its probably going to have home made track in mind and not knex, thats not to say you could make adaptors that allow for knex support structures. Also this probably won't be for a while that message was primarily to get this guy to release his but I think hes dead now
Just started learning blender tonight, I managed to make a a bogie but it looks like it has down syndrome. I'm printing it tomorrow
Bogies are finishing being designed and are looking promising, it's going to be for a home made track style but later I'll consider making it for knex but the home made track will be infinitely better and I'll plan on making adaptors that allow for knex support structures to be used

You should make inverted carts wanna 3d print some b&m ones for micro trains
If you are still looking for a way to increase weight on your roller coaster trains, you may want to look into Bismuth alloy to weight down your cars, an idea originally from model railroading. It's very low melt point makes it ideal for getting weight into small areas of a car.

I'm interested on the assebly of the wheels, and also the custom supports. And i was also thinking to buy small pvc tubes ad use them as suoports, gluing connectors to them
I wish i had big knex but all i have is micro knex and i use the adapters from big to micro to make coasters, but its so hard to control micro knex coaster track and the cars are awful, what do i need to start making big knex coasters, and are they hard to make? Great coaster btw
Do you sell any of your 3D models or know anyone that does as I would definitely be interested in purchasing! I’m not sure how to 3D print and I struggle to find any standard coaster cars in the UK
You should make the classic track style but smaller for micro

Do you have the files ready yet? Or are you considering selling them? It’s so hard to build realistic coasters in micro bc the cars can barely move through turns or inversions.
I’ve been building micro coasters forever and I always end up giving up halfway through because the cars never make it through any inversions or turns. Please start selling these or share the files, it would help out a ton. I try to make realistic coasters but when all I can do is one little loop a quarter the size of the lift it gets frustrating.
