Recently I have purchased 26 acres of bush in Muskoka that is adjacent to 1500 acres of crown land. I created this channel to document my journey discovering this inaccessible area and building a trapper shack on my property. Future episodes will include a helicopter lift of building supplies.
Besides this I am also somewhat of a tinkerer and will document the things I build, usually shooting, hunting or camping related. First thing on the list is a water purification system for the future shack.

Off grid solar power setup
A few corrections, the temp controller is rated at 120watts not 1200. and the thermistor from the MPPT can not be programmed for battery disconnect below 0 deg C

My suggestions for a 2nd version would be to put the tool for primer seating on the opposite end of the deprimer punch and slightly longer to use for removing the shell from the resizer. Make the sleeve that goes over the shell the resizer, instead of just a shell holder. Make the back end of the crimp finisher the crimp starter. These would mean less pieces needed for the process, down to 4 from 8.

I set up something more or less identical for indoor casting during the winter. A more powerful suck would be nice during fluxing but overall it works well enough.
That should work well for casting and PCing .
On Ali express any idea what size that should be ordered if I wear 38x 34 inch pants, ty
I'm a 32 and I bought a medium. According to their chart I could have got a small. Following the chart it looks like you would be a 3XL. Their charts are usually pretty good. Hope this helps.

If you actually read the description on their website, they don’t claim to be waterproof… they say “water resistant” which is exactly what you’ve demonstrated.

We have had nothing but rain for the last month and a 1/2. I know what you mean about that heat, saps all your motivation.
You should put your rain barrel as close to the top of the ease trough so you have some pressure for your kitchenette without needing a pump
On the pressure point you are correct. The barrel would almost have to go right up to the eves trough. To block it up that high would be a pain as I sit on sloping granite. Also water treatment and cleaning the barrel become more difficult. Among other things, this will be treated and filtered for drinking water.
