The juggernaut pulley was the best decision i ever made for mine. I haven't eaten a single belt in the year I've had my new pulley. Used to go through one every time I rode before the change.

I did the same drilling the center but also peeled the core open and packed the muffler with ceramic packing.......sounds way better really quiets it down and gives it a good tone

You got a lot of chain between the engine and spreader....

they force you to put the bolt all the way at the end for the most lift and reach 😊

I deleted the fuel pump that was the problem wasn’t getting fuel

I just got a 98 ace for free i just went thru the carb runs like new

I love the RX7 but man it would be so much cooler with its turbo rotary set up. Just gotta keep a few spare blocks in your garage they are small and don’t take up much space !I also love the LS engines they are strong reliable and can make lots of power for really cheap but still everyone and there mother has an ls swapped car. It would just be cooler to see a badass rotary build in it

Good job. I’ve used undercoating before and wasn’t impressed. Wasn’t that durable, was kinda rubbery. Go to Harbor Freight when you got to. It’s called getting by.

yes you have to oil the oillite brass bushing on those clutches. just a drop or 2 on just on the outside of where the sprocket spins on the shaft of the clutch right after a ride when its hot is best...right next to the engine in your case... the heat will suck the oil right into the bushing and be ready for you next ride... dont get oil inside the the bell housing where the weights are it will cause it to slip and burn up... oiling that bushing every time will make the clutch last a lot longer
