Explanation of all connections when replacing plugs
I finally got that rear bracket off and got my plugs changed
I'm having a hell of time with the rear bracket
This IS the absolute problem w/ these Fiats. I bought a brand new hatch & that didn't fix it & All my fuses were perfect. Looks to me like the factory cuts across these wires on purpose. TY for showing/ explaining this.
So I take them off and just put it back on?
What do I need replace ?

It may be difficult. Maybe a small flat head screwdriver under an edge to loosen. Could possibly damage it so check on replacement

How do you get it open if its locked shut? American cars have an emergency latch release.
You have to crawl back there and physically unlatch it. There's a small lever you'll see it. Take a flashlight

Why replace the AOS ? It is a very simple device that requires little or no maintenance. Just take it off periodically and give it a flush.

This video sucks. Why make a tutorial of something if you’re not actually going to fucking show what needs to be done? “Oh I’m just gonna point at everything and talk about how easy it should be!”🙄
That’s crazy my mothers white fiat 500 sport has been doing the same thing except when it rains the hatch won’t open but as soon as it’s dried out enough the bit for the actuator will Al of a sudden work as like it has a mind of its own. So one thing we’ve noticed is if we let the hatch slam hard or close just as hard as shutting the driver or passenger door, we’re lucky if we can get it to open back up. And as mentioned if it rains the thing won’t open at all I’ve had to push down that little silver lever just to get it to open . So With that being said I’m really thinking it’s the wiring now after seeing your video makes sense that maybe we aren’t getting a proper connection after a decent rainy day . But I will say we haven’t had any blown fuses yet as like I said it seems to have a mind of its own. Either way super helpful and hope that I can decipher our issue. Also with all that being said we now shut the hatch and make sure that it doesn’t latch all the way and it seems to open like it’s supposed too as long as we shut it gingerly.

Dirty!!!!! Who would make such a nice vehical have excess trouble to change sparks plugs? And I love this vehical and find it very well crafted! Little resolves such as changing that make the vehical experience so much better! Lmfao, no wonder our new to me and my wife's vehical feels sluggish on starting the vehical, because it's very much so likely that somone wouldn't have wanted to do a tune up because it might have been to much of a hassle if the vehical already worked! Ugh, stupid vehicals, toys and such! What a life

Hello my Friend. We are not interested in how it works inside there, but given that this engine has a serious design flaw, namely, it does not start after a long stop (more than 2 weeks) despite the operable kinematics of the control of valves by the Multiair module due to oil leakage from the module and the formation of air pockets in it. This disadvantage is exacerbated by the traditionally high oil consumption in this engine and the user can actually miss the critical moment of adding oil to the engine. In my case, this happened, the oil level dropped, when braking or tilting the car through the suction pipe, air got into the oil system (Multiair module hydraulics sistem) from the crankcase and the engine stopped. After topping up the oil, attempts to start the engine were unsuccessful. At the same time, compression and spark in all cylinders disappeared in the engine. The last oil 5W40 change was - 8000 km. back. The filt Multiair module er turned out to be clean, the mileage of the car is 960,000 km., the condition of the engine is good. Questions: 1. How can I bleed the Multiair module and remove air from it? 2. What is the luMultiair module brication scheme. 3. Why is there a small ball valve on the , from Multiair module he top under the filler neck? what is its function? Some experts in Utah advise pouring 240-280 ml through it into the Multiair module oil and then try to start the engine againe. Yes always premium! Otherwise it smokes and doesn't run well

I have had two 2012 Fiat 500's, both had the same issue. Why did they not design the the rear hatch umbilical to withstand opening and closing of the hatch? Seems like a very logical stress point. The Hatch opens and closes and eats away at the electrical connections....BAD Design.

Thanks so much because just fixed mine with a broken wire. The hatch would not open and it was a broken black wire in this harness. Dealer would have charged a small fortune to repair...

My daughter's car has the same problem and I was going to strip the tailgate wiring first. After checking this video out, it looks like I'm better off checking the wiring in this boot, so cheers, buddy - you've probably saved me an hour of pissing in the wind (y)

Yea mine did the same thing at 30,000 oil seeping out into the spark plugs.
You don’t have to unplug the coil modules, those plugs are a pna to mess with.
that o ring sealing the pcv to the engine has been known to fail
Replace upper intake seals as well all six.
