One, a 2007 Brava new was about $13K not $20 K. 100 miles and you are concerned you may lose a few grand. You can find one with 20 K miles fore $5 grand. It is a great bike but very few dealers means find a mechanic or learn Tom fix it, simple to work no and parts are easy to get from AF1 Racing and TLM . The tank is nylon so it should be sealed against ethanol. I have a 2014 Norge 1200 4 valve and a BMW 1200 RS. Both great bikes. The Guzzi has move character.

I can only celebrate how undervalued Moto Guzzis are, because in the last year I've bought two beautiful, handmade, premium 10 and 13 yr old, bikes for a grand total of $8,500! Very few buyers realize how well made and reliable these bikes are, especially since Piaggio bought Moto Guzzi over 15 years ago. I'm not selling these bikes, so I don't care about how hard they are to sell. When you find a good example, just close the deal and ride away laughing! Good video.

There’s a saying in the community, “Moto Guzzi: making mechanics out of riders since 1922.“ Do not buy one of these bikes if you do not intend to do the work yourself. First of all, there are very few dealerships. secondly, you won’t find regular motorcycle mechanics who want to work on them. You failed to mention with the B11 is the glitchy dashboard. He's right they are really really good to ride. They have a something that will make you WANT to ride them. And the sound, Oh the sound of that motor! I used to stand at the end of the long straight at 1980s races and listen to the Le Mans MkIIs coming into the corner and then accelerating away, my very bones were vibrating with the glorious sound of that big block 850 motor. I swore I would own one one day and I have. I had to sell the Le Mans as I was going to kill myself riding it, I couldn't resist the urging of the bike to speed. I managed 235kph on it one day. The day I sold it I rode it through the Perth hills at a smidge under 180kph. My comparison is this: A Kawasaki 1000 is a labrador that is all doggie smiles and licks. A Guzzi Le Mans 1000 is a pitbull that wants to tear the throat out of all comers and you too, if you don't watch out.

I just sold a 1988 Guzzi Le Mans Mk4 SE 1000cc and the left hand middle fairing needed replacing. !988 I did say it was 1988 didn't I? It took the new owner 2 days to get another fairing, two days! In the red and white (very, very rare ) colours. They are low stress motors that go for sooooo many miles. Servicing is a doddle if you can hold a spanner. If you don't know which end to hold, forget it.

I've owned probably 30 bikes over the years. In 2020, I bought a brand new V85TT. It's now 2024, and this is the longest I have ever owned a motorcycle. This is by far the best motorcycle I have ever owned, and the only one I have ever truly loved. If I ever do get bored with it, Ill push it in the corner and let it sit. I don't think I could ever bring myself to sell it. It's been as reliable as a hammer in 20k miles, with the only issue being a gas cap lock breaking the day I took it home. Service on the bike is a breeze, and my only complaint is the service minder can only be turned off by the dealer. My bike fully loaded with most of the farkles was like $17k out the door. Way less than a BMW.

Look at the back of the Grimeca clutch slave on your G11. It should be fastened with three FLAT HEAD machine screws. The MG factory used flange hex head bolts. The result is that the hex heads tend to loosen, dumping the clutch fluid on the ground and allowing the clutch rod to seize in the tranny case (ask me how I know). This is one of the (many) issues with the G11 that needs to be corrected.
