I read that book. It doesn't do what your intro says. It is just a sampling of other peoples writing. The concept is correct. It is sort of the "Feynman Method"; by explaining an idea you learn if you know it, and you will learn more about the idea by explaining it. Yes, do write about whatever. You will learn, but only if you a serious about it.

For me the biggest problem recognizing what's real and what's AI anymore. So much generated content is being spit out, videos, images on fb which I even claimed to be AI, but turned out to be real, bots writing majority of comments on social media, images in google search showing 80% AI unreal images in top results, hearing disgusting and overused AI voices from left to right. This is on purpose to bring down morale and not know what's true or false anymore. That's really scary.

As long as we do not outsource every basic building blocks that develop those skills in humans to AI for saving time and money, I believe we can strike a balance. Fr bro, W high quality video. I’ve seen people glaze Homelander, Soldier Boy, and Dexter as “sigma’s” (these are the three I see the most) Homelander is a psychopath who murders and does extremely disgusting stuff. Soldier boy is even more glazed though. He bashed people to near death for disagreeing with him, he kills innocent people, and does drugs. I don’t know how that’s sigma, or he’s a good person 💀 And Dexter is a serial killer. I like all these characters as just *characters* (hence my Homelander pfp, because I I like him as a *villain*. Viewing them as “sigma’s” or “idols” is just messed up. Said characters shouldn’t be idolised W video. Nothing but facts. you deserve way more than 500 views.

You're being a dork about this. Sigma is not synonymous with this weird murderous stuff. Sigmas are just supposed to be the introverted version of alphas. It is an answer to people who want to lead, but don't want to beat their chests and struggle through the ranks over it. I wish you'd have focused on bringing people up instead of putting people down. But when you gather shitty source material I guess you'll reap what you sow. All of the sigma content on youtube is BS. Just be yourself and stand up for what you think is right even if you don't fit the picture perfect person who normally embodies those ideals. Is a girl getting harrased at a party, but you're not some tough brawny guy that can physically deal with those guys? Sigmas find a way to protect people without resorting to violence. That's all it is. Ignore the tictok bs.

@@MRbookworm Firstly, thank you for your question that comes from a place of understanding. Honestly I try to look at the whole Alpha/Sigma/Omega thing pretty objectively. You're gonna find all kinds of content with famous actors "portraying" these archetypes. I think it boils down to, how do these strategies help people find their place in society? So Alphas are leaders who are assertive and find ways to become team leaders. Omegas are people who find success by becoming masters of their chosen craft and then lean into that. I would say Sigmas are people that find areas within the team that are lacking and try to fit in there. So if an Alpha has a certain sector covered then a Sigma isn't interested in competing with them. They will move on to a different strategy that feels like it's under-utilized and make it their own thing. That's why so much content has them seeming like edgy trailblazers. I feel like it's important to remember that these are just archetypes, like bookworms or emotional healers. Thankfully it's harder to make toxic content surrounding these much more established roles.

The question about where the Aragorn and Captain Joseph edits are is very good. I'd very much appreciate seeing some promotion of compassionate leaders and healthy masculinity (although idk who Captain Joseph here is). But hearing my little brother asking me, if i know what a sigma is, is just really dissappointing, because I know very well what kind of psychopathy is advertised to him as cool and manly. No one helps men. The decline if men has been going since the 90s and the decline of families since the 80s. Men want famlies, purpose and respect. Women do not and that devide will not ever be fixed because women changed not men. Men are checking out of society and from marriage/dating is alarming. Not for men but for women. Women can not deal with lonliness men have dealt with it all our lives. I will confess I am happily married 20 years but I have a unicorn for a wife. Like trans ppl in sports the only ones who can fix it will be women. And the destruction or marriage, child upbringing was sone by women. Only women will fix it men are not coming to help. I'm sorry to say this, but your views of feminism seem largely informed by the same people you yourself recognise as the problem on the male side. hoe_math isn't a good source here, and the manosphere has made out "feminism" to be their big scapegoat, disregarding who or what is actually associated with feminism. If a woman says "men are trash", think of any-ish podcast and you'll understand what she actually means (it's probably not about you, even though you're likely a man). And if she actually calls for inequality in favour of women, that's not what feminism is about. However, a work fair for women in a severely male-dominated field is not inequality. There are definitely women saying toxic gender nonsense online, though they aren't quite as common as men doing the same thing. I recommend The Speech Prof and Will Hitchins for some hinged takes on the matter, and please never take hoe_math on an empty stomach.

If you believe that men in tech are deprived of opportunities to build a network with other companies and professionals, you are just nuts. Now about the "fools": The fact that you expect people to abandon their morality to avoid looking like a fool already shows that you don't understand what morality is. So I wrote a reply earlier that seems to have been removed, which is why eaglydoodle's second reply probably doesn't make much sense now. All I have to say is that the "sources" this person provides fight various superfluous battles, frantically making up gender-related problems; they seem to be scared they could run out. Folks like Will Hitchins, who don't believe in the insane power we ascribe to gender and this made-up divide, can at least provide a positive vision, a way of life that you can hope for and work towards, one where you don't have to be angry at someone, let alone an entire gender, all the time. If it takes being a fool to believe we can be happy, I'll happily be one of the fools.

or is it? mersualt on the outside was indeed an average man, but he was nothing alike most people in the way of thinking. The entire trial that is based on society trying to label him, create a reason for his act of murder to make out a meaning of something meaningless. The people in the courtroom were afraid of him not due to his act, but due to not being able to understand him, he was out of ordinary, not following the common way of reason. He got sentenced as monsieur antichrist not as a murderer because he was in fact diffrent comapred to the common man. The novel is about reason meeting with absurdity, in no way does it tell a message that one should strive for greatness and find meaning in our own lives. Of course you may interpret it however you want, but i fail to see how that is an accurate interpretation.

Battle between men and women? What battle? All that ever happens to a man when interacting with a woman is just do what she says else she uses the law to get her way. Whether it's getting hired and promoted for diversity, initiating divorce or falsely accusing men of crimes they didn't commit or even walking away from serious crimes with no more than a slap on the wrist that a man would be 100% jailed for. This isn't a battle. It's a one sided psychological slaughter. Men are realizing that they need to save themselves and just avoid women altogether regardless of the environment or just go overseas where they are actually appreciated. You can call yourself a feminist, or men's rights advocate or even a sensible centrist. But none of that actually matters unless laws are fixed to be fair. That's probably the only place to start if you want men and women to start working together again.

I get why people generalize due to the amount of shared similar experiences. Some women who have faced rejection continue to be compassionate towards men despite the fact, I do wish people might consider some individuals may have faced more damaging situations which might have led them to vent about “hating all men” and such online (in comparison to your average person it is the extreme). I’m lucky to have grown up in a situation where both women and men are valued despite different strengths and responsibilities. I think we’re at the point where neither can truly understand as each side hasn’t had the lived experience of the other. Blaming others is a great temporary solution but focusing on smaller things you can control usually leads to better outcomes (at least from personal experience).

Oh FFS! I hear Vangelis score from Blade Runner (the 1982 masterpiece) and what is the movie he mentions? The steaming pile of artsy fartsy convoluted plot that kinda goes nowhere, boring as frak steaming pile of shit Blade Runner 2049! My advice is stop making youtube videos and go watch Ridley Scott Blade Runner of 1982, start with Theatrical release than watch any other versions and then think long and hard if that piece of shit BR20249 really worth it!

Oh, that's right, that would no longer be about prescribing women how to live their lives - can't risk that! I grew up long before the internet became an everyday thing, way before the idea of red pill and similar labels. Every era has its era-appropriate fallacies. During my younger years the idea of women being mentally inferior was an everyday truth, as was the accepted sexual immorality of men. These simplistic generalisations were not rooted in hatred; sensible reconsideration of both by good people made for fair debate and brought necessary social change toward a peaceful society. But the Internet arrived as an impact event. Some later provocateurs misused its anonymity and reach to make careers out of gender-reversing those same old fallacies. They became the 90s kids' new age cult leaders, and plenty followed in their shoes. The non-tech savvy parents could do nothing but squirm. Perhaps things might get a little worse before they can get better. That tech fair incident made me chuckle. Young people like you talking sensibly about it is certainly a step in the right direction. "We are different precisely in order to realize our need of one another." -- Desmond Tutu

There is no battle. Women are just majority and election majority, they have privileged position is society and law, and men are oppressed, and this what society called "equality". If big war started - men are will be forced to die in war like in russia or Ukraine, yet women are still will have all human rights and tons of privileges despite doing nothing to their countries... This society is just misandristic and gynocentric, and this is NOT the war - its social gender stratification, women > men in rights, in privileges, in social weight, in social empathy, in government programs, in spending on them taxes, in laws... Men are just resource in our society, and actual peoples are just and only women.
