Hi, can you explain the difference in soundstage between KZ Xtra and Technics?
Hi, I actually think they are similar in that regard. Both have a very nice, broad sound stage. Instrument separation is excellent. In Xtra it is particularly important because of their extended bass - it really lives in its own space. Technics did a fantastic job in general in making the sound field seem very spacious without doing some weird echo/reverberation tricks (that some manufacturers do labelling it as 3d sound or whatever...).
Hi , it's been over 1 year, do you still have them? Are they working same as they were first time? Have you faced any issue with them? I have already ordered them on Aliexpress with discount price, and I am afraid of bad reviews about the quality of them on some sites
I do have them and I just listened to them for a few songs seeing your comment. No issues here but... to be completely honest I haven't been using them a lot since shortly after the review (too many other earbuds that I had to use and pay attention to) so... I can't really tell you they lasted for a year because the actual usage time was relatively short. Having said that = they lasted for a year with no issues, hahaha
Does the Abigail pro from Venture electronics support the hi res lossless audio

TWS 1 Pro2 or QCY MeloBuds Pro ?
Oh boy, that's not a super straihgtforward answer. Musicaly and purely for sound quality I would lean towards the Edifier... but that also depends. If you just want more powerful sound with huge bass go with the Melobuds, if you'd rather hear more detail and accurate instrument rendition Edifier will be slightly better. ANC, transparency, app and phone call quality are all better on the Melobuds. Ergonomics, IMHO - Edifier wins again. Looks = subjective.

Great review of a left field TWS product.. Was just about to push the button BUT. I looking into them futher they have no IPX rating That sucks big time! If they fit snuggly as you say they would ideal for sports. I indoor row and cycle a lot and sweat like hell, I worry I would get water into then too easily!
How'd you get them shipped to Poland? I live in the Netherlands and can't seem to get them to deliver here. :(

Engine4 is awesome and at the time of it’s release it was one of the best sounding earbuds on the market but with all these new technologies the Xtra takes the lead.

Hi, I liked your presentation on the Boya lavalier mic. I just want to ask one question. Can you somehow connect the receiver to a mixing desk via your laptop or directly for live sound during a presentation? I need the mic as a live stage mic to connect to your mixing desk and then out-put to speakers. Please let me know. Thanks!
Thank you, yes you certainly could do that. The receiver can be connected to anything that takes a 3.5mm jack so... for example if you connect it to Zoom H1n it has a line out that you can use (3.5mm but you can get an adapter for XLR or whatever else you need).
Regarding the wear detection, I’ve noticed that it can be somewhat finicky, as it resumes playback even when the earbud is no longer in the ear. The case could have a better magnet because, when subjected to slight vibrations in the pocket, they start to connect(and reconnect) to the phone.
You are correct. This started happening to me after I published this review. Several times now I was very confused why I didn’t have audio on my iPhone just to realize it was going to the Melobuds Pro that were resting in their case, sometimes even in a different room in my house!

Hey man...this is Hamid from Saudi Arabia Great review of the Melobuds pro. I've been using them for a month, and your results are accurate. 💯 My only issue is that, sometimes when I'm on a phone call the mic seems muffled to the other end. Other than that it works pretty well. I Compared the Melobuds pro to my Soundpeats capsule 3 pro, the volume is a bit lower (noticable) the base as well. The feedback on phonecalls vary some say my voice is a bit clearer in the Melobuds pro than the Soundpeats Capsule 3 pro. Btw...I watched the whole review 😄, thanks again. Keep up the good work 💪🏿👍🏿

Yup, it depends on what compromises you're willing to accept. And the relative price competitiveness & availability in your market. In my market...these QCYs are priced like Earfun Air 2 NC or Soundcore P40i, both of which IMO reflect better overall value...again, depending on the compromises you're willing to accept.
Hey great review about these earbuds. I bought them on ali express because they were cheap but good. Everything on these buds work great but it lacks in volume for me. Volume is a bit low for me. I also bought the earfun air 2 NC recently and had higher volume. After your tests qcy was not bad at all. 1.soundpeats 2. Qcy 3.zte or what it's called. Great detailed video. Thank you my Slavic friend. I'm going to poland in November my first time in Poland Warszawa waiting forward to it.

Your comments on the ergonomics gives me pause on buying them. Do you think they would not be good for using during exercise because of the strong seal required?
I would not use these for exercise. IMHO the best earbuds for exercise right now are the Sennheiser Momentum Sport. The sound is excellent and they are very well suited for that very purpose: amzn.to/3MQZNgy
Had the same problem with the Pi8, you just reset from the case and the dings go away. They really should have released these without the bugs, especially for the price.
I have these earbuds and your review is spot on. I'm glad I watched your review before I returned them because at first I thought they sounded dull and flat. But I didn't know they had an eq in the app. Once I turned the bass and treble up these earbuds sound fantastic. Thanks for your help sir. 🫡

If you prefer more balanced, very accurate sound buy these. If you’d rather have a “fun to listen to” sound with more bass & treble and less mids buy the XRB5.

@thepolishpotato42 Scheherazade was incredible! I only had 3 hours before they closed, but I had a list prepped of what I wanted to try. I wish they had Focal and Hifiman, but having Meze, Audeze, and Sendy/Sivga was plenty to explore. My favorite of the visit was the Sendy Peacock. I was impressed with how versatile it was for all genres I listen to (or at least tried) such as extreme metal, classical, electronic, synth pop, folk, and prog rock. Now I save!! I did buy a few things like a very cheap sale on Fiio FF3 earbuds. They sound ok, but they are a nice alternative to IEMs for a comfortable fit good for my countryside walks.
Wish I didn't have a conscience. Could make a fortune ripping off audiophiles 🤣

You don't just compare wireless ANC headphones to wired non ANC, of course the sound is different. You get far more bang for the buck if you aren't paying for the chips and batteries. If you must compare them then you do it on a busy street next to traffic, where wireless ANC headphones are meant to be used. It's one of my biggest complaints with all youtube reviews, they don't sound as good as the Focal Bathys which we experienced in silent room with a cable... But anyway ranting aside good video for the normal headphones and heads up about that store. You would like e-earphone in Tokyo also. Not as fancy but larger selection.
To be fair, this wasn’t really a comparison video. It was just a bunch of notes I made about different headphones I got to experience. Hope I find myself in Tokyo one day! I never thought I’d be able to visit Seoul but life can be surprisingly great, sometimes!
