This is why I've never beaten it. My friends shame me (not really they just joke) for never beating it. I just play.

The thin is, I haven't beaten the ender dragon for like 5-7 years, because I enjoyed building, surviving. my first time playing with others was when I played with my sister on same pc. same world, one of us playing at once. it was really fun, but when I played the Blacksails SMP, after 2-4 weeks of joining it, we got to the end and beat the ender dragon, it was my first time beating it. I loved building, and now I joined a community of builders in BTE (build the world) 1:1 scale, and I love it! But one builder told me that he was building just for the title, and didn't build anything after he got it, I didn't think people were doing it just for the title, but I did it to help the community.

I absolutely agree with this, play and have fun! build, explore, fight do whichever pleases your game style

the big problem for me is that me and my friend have been unable to make a multiplayer server for us both to play in because we dont know how and that really holds us back from having fun together or doing our ideas

I have a Minecraft philosophy, the moment you think you should defeat the ender dragon, it’s the moment you usually stop playing the game. The moment you restrict yourself with “rules” and “objectives.” Is the moment it doesn’t become fun. Now I’m not saying you shouldn’t beat the dragon. But you shouldn’t do it just to “beat the game”. So happy someone thinks the same.

bro i wasn’t having fun playing games anymore until literally last night. i got on the game with my big brother yesterday and had some of the most fun ive had in years. all we were doing was playing survival and wandering around not giving a shit about anything in the world. i wish he still lived back home.

Using your imagination is really the key too having fun in the game like before. I found out again the joy of playing minecraft in survival about the realease of 1.17, on one single world. I never played any survival worlds other than this one. Even after completing all the main quests the games offer I just have fun building an empire. I build fortress, monuments , walls to prepare for war or diplomatic events my empire could face even if I'm alone. I was listnening to this video while planning in creative a fortress that would protect the only narrow entrance to a gulf dirrectly next to my main city where there will later be a commercial harbor. And just by planning these things and immersing myself in this complicated world with a huge lore and threats that never even exsited in the first place, I'm able to have pure fun. (sorry for my bad english it's not my first language)

I’ve played it before it is amazing but I can’t get it now I miss mincraft I still the caves & cliffs update I really miss it and I want to play it again I remember when I first found owt you can’t do things in bed rook.

i have been extremely burned out from Minecraft, after having played it for 10 full years, i just felt like i had done everything there was to do, and now i haven't opened the game in 3 months (as of the time i'm typing this comment). watching this video made me want to play it again, but i just... can't. well, technically i can, the launcher's installed, i have an official account, but my burnt out-ness from the game stops me from opening it, so i'm spending all my time in Team Fortress 2.

I think beating the Ender dragon and getting maxxed out Armor is fine as long as that doesn't become the end of your world and imagination. I wholeheartedly agree with you on there been more things to Minecraft. So never stop imagining....

I know you dont do much youtube atm and just made a few documentary/realtalk videos on minecraft, but I wanted to ask you if you are interested in joining a content creator smp, having it as a new type of videos on your channel. We are currently setting up the start of season 3 and are around 10 people. You seem really based and make videos different to most of us, so i thought youd fit in good for variety.

Everytime I get to the point I can access the end I leave my blaze rods and ender pearls abandoned in a chest, I WANNA BREAK STONE AND MAKE TUNNELS. There's a ton of things to do

35 YO. Just "started" - 350hrs. All I do is... expolore caves in single player. Find stuff, hoard it somewhere and never leave iron stuff. Enchanting ? Never tried it. I just play to have this excitement of exploring. Scary, beautifull, dangerous places. Whatever.

Java is fun to me but im forced to play bedrock because my friends absolutely refuse to try pc for some reason. And no its not their finances most of them have over a grand in consoles. Bedrock has made me lose hope in Minecraft, instead of Bethesda style mod support they stole already existing stuff from java creators and then sold it.

i've gotten to a point where me and my best friend started a world and we made 1 rule to keep this world alive. "The ender dragon is not allowed to be slain". And we are having a blast so far! with no end goal, and taking everything we do slowly and doing things at random. It's re-kindled that passion to keep playing.

Every now and again I watch this video to remind myself that I really love the game and that no one but me decides how I play the game. When I watch Minecraft content on YT I'm envious of the fantastic builders, redstoners and adventurers when I can't even keep myself alive for 10 minutes. So I play with KeepInventory and use mods for minimaps and teleport (I have zero orientation) and other quality of life mods. I still suck at building and redstone, but I'm okay with just playing casual and do what I feel I need to do at the moment.

I have my own home server so that I can play my world wherever I'd like (but never at work...ever). Most days I'm just farming-building up my garden shed inventory. I love to reach Master level with my farmers so that I can trade pumpkins and melons with them, then use the emeralds to get Mending (and other enchantments) from my librarians. The basics of farming is by far my favorite thing to do. It's mindless, and peaceful. I've had a few times where I've gotten bored, so I take some time off. When I return, I'm always wondering how I felt like I needed a break.
