L1800 DTF printer sensor error fix - error fix
Hi! Do you have a video on how to change the motherboard?
@@dayanileon9712 no sorry
thank you so much
I'm glad I'm not the only one that struggles taking off and putting those screws back on. I feel Babylock could have come up with a better design for that or give us a more friendly tool to use.
www.lovinthebling.com
Hey Janet. Nice Vlog. I was wondering how I could get in touch with you. Do you have an email I could write you?
Did you cut the lines? Mine are so long not sure if they are supposed to be like that and can be cut
Hi, do you leave your printer running all the time or turn it off every day?
I be sure before turning it off I perform a wet cap in the ink well and turn it off from the front then turn off the power switch in the back.
I don't leave it on when not in use
I have an L1800 but a different brand. I’m afraid to turn it off because it stirs the ink regularly when on. I’m going to try that quick fix when I get back home though
Lovin The Bling, You're awesome! Let's be friends, okay?
ive had mine for a month. got white in damper which ive replaced 3 times already. cant get ink to flow. ugh
I know use Candle Thread USA embroidery thread. ;)
Yeah, Madeira has Owned AllStitch since Jan 2023. It's why the website was down that Christmas break, seeing as AllStitch never shutdown for summer or X-mas shutdown's. Now the Just get all their backing from a conversion business... .It's a far cry from when AllStitch was ordering boxes upon boxes of thread every day from Madeira, now Madeira can fulfill multiple thread company needs own their own. Capitalism and Corporatization marches on. Who will win Madeira or Fil-Tec?
Funnily enough I've been shut down on FB and Embroidery forum for posting this info. I work for the conversion business that was AllStitch's parent company now, after the sale. I never signed a DND. Transparency FTW.
AllStitch before Madeira owned it ;( was a true small business. We bent over three ways backwards to make our costumers as happy as we could.
Lol, It's funny because AllStitch is owned by Madeira... :P
Hi! My printer is alernating the lights. What can I do ?
THANK YOU!!!!!!!
The sound drops out early in this video.
at about 8 min into the video I am reading a document so there is a pause but all of the other parts of the video does have sounds.
Also had covid which sucked :) Thanks for watching my video and viewing my channel. I continue to purchase Candle Thread and really love using this thread. It works great on my 6 needle Brother embroidery machine as well as both my Melco EMT16X machines.
Thanks for the video cause as you said there really is no other one like it on RUclips, i just wish u showed step by step instead of cutting to when the major tasks are done. I need to change mine and need a video guide desperately
I can create a video this weekend but it will only be about replacing the dampers not the entire ink tubing system. The printer I have today ink tubing system is working just fine.
@@lovinthebling well that's better than nothing, would love that. A full video though would gain alot of views because as said no one has a video like that
Hi Thank you for posting this video. Do you have any idea what this error code means please Printer fatal error code 1. E4H Printer fatal error code 2. E4H Printer fatal error code 3 E4H Printer fatal error code 4. E4H Printer fatal error code 5. E4H I have changed the ink lines, printer head, ink pad and motor. Any advice would be amazing. I am about to give up. I have been trying to get this printer to work for over 2 week and now run onto this problem 😩 Thank you in advance
Did this and still not printing ink on paper. Next is print head
After doing this, did you prime the lines. To do that you put the plastic syringe in the damper and pull ink inside the damper and in the syringe. Then put the ink the syringe back in the ink bottle so you aren't wasting ink. Run a Head Cleaning and do a snozzle check. If you see breaks in the nozzle check do another head cleaning and nozzle check.
What type of dampers are those? I would love to switch to those hard body.
Here are the damper tubing set. But you want to ensure these dampers fit your specific printer. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09Z9K1LXL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Do you remember what the report said? What exactly was your error code? Was it 0x0a
sorry no, I don't remember
I have this same error code. Did you figure out what it was?
How do I replace ink pad ?
You really do not need an ink pad... if you do not have one or the ink pad is old, you can remove it and replace it with a folded baby wipe, making sure it does lay flat. You would do this each night. The baby wipe is a temporary placement. Each night or after you close down your printer you should clean your ink pad area.
Thank you this is helpful.
Glad it was helpful!
I have done that and brought me a reset code and lights are still blinking… any ideas?
Do you have to replace the tube? I feel like the ink got stuck in one of the square objects where the ink feeds into. Have you just replaced only the square shaped ink holder? I cannot find anything where someone just removed that part.
Yes, you can replace just the damper (the small square thing that holds some ink). There is a set of tubes and dampers available on amazon or through All American Printing supply. I just happened to replace the tubes in this video because there was one that had a small hole in it. When using it it would suck in air.
My printer keep going off
How did you know you had a tear in your line. Was ink dripping out? I keep getting air in one of my white dampers. I changed it. But anytime I do a head clean. There is air in the dampers
I could not see ink dripping out but I took the line and slightly bent it in different places that is when I found ink on my hands. Upon further inspection I saw the line was cracked.
@@lovinthebling I’ll check mines. Thank you for the replay.
Just found your channel! Love your videos. Newbie here learning all the things. What are your go to Varsity style fonts to use? ❤
What type of hat hoop are you using?
Nice! Can you make a video on how to make your holders? The one in this video, the one you use to hold the cup and the ones that spin the cups?
Cool! Thanks!
hello! i tried shaking it and no luck.... what else can i do :( I cant find any solutions online! its like half the bottom half of the needle gone...somehwere haha i checked everyhwere on my desk and around the machine, thats the only other place inside the machine :(
So you took out the bobbin case right and looked inside with a flashlight. If you do not hear anything moving around inside when you pickup the machine and turn it upside down most likely the piece is not in the machine. You might check the product you were embroidering. It might still be in that.
If the white USB with the diagnostic tool did not come with my purchase, do you by chance know where I might be able to diagnose a P02 error code?
What brand is this
Punahod, purchased from Amazon. It did come from China. Took a few weeks to arrive.
Can't hear you. Check your mic position. Please
Love the glitters in that cup can you point me to where I can purchase?
Sure, I purchased majority of my glitter from Glitterchimp.com they have a vast array from ultra fine to chunky.
The name of the glitter on the cup was "Prism" which is the white top ombre and "Gold Digger" is the bottom ombre. Both are from Glitterchimp.com
The concept is great but 1.00 per 1k is low balling. Thank you for the idea though I hope you are profitable in your business
Did you get the needle out ?
Yes, needle came out just fine. Since that time, I have had to clean the inside of the unit and know more about maintaining the machine.
@@lovinthebling mine got stuck. I think it fell all the way to the bottom
@@SierraNovaa Did you unplug the unit (all plugs), remove the cover from the unit which houses the bobbin, remove the bobbin piece from the unit, turn the unit upside down. I had to do that and basically lightly shook the machine to get the needle out or the piece of the needle that broke off.
@@lovinthebling I tried that. But I’ll try it again. Maybe I have to do it more than once. I have the brother se1900.
exactly what mine is doing. Did you ever end up figuring it out ??
No I didn't
What print settings are you using?? I’m having trouble with mine blowing out when I print. I have the 1430 also.
@Amy Hart I was using AcroRip software. Color 65% white 35% however this printer did not last long after converting. I broke down and purchased a Prestige A3+ printer, shaker, oven combo from All American Printing.
I like this idea and its cost effective.
Hello. I just happened to stumble upon your video. I think that it is a nice way to price out your work. I recreated it and added some more lines for things like water soluble topper and other things that I might use. But I have just one question. What if you have two items, does your margin change with the number of items? Or how do you account for multiple items? TIA
Hi. I so provide a bulk discount starting with qty 5 and above and account for the added materials
Where can I get this done?
You can order directly from my website www.lovinthebling.com or my etsy shop Farmhousefanaticshop More designs are on my website www.lovinthebling.com
How can I get this machine
Amazon.com its tge i1800 model
Omg I know it's an old video but this was a lifesaver today!
Does DTF are awesome, very clear and bright, Thanks for sharing. where did you get your L1800 from?
We purchased from Amazon and it included the curing oven.
Love this tumbler. New to your channel. Where did you purchase your torch?
Amazon
after it is finish so you spray to set the paint
Yes and the spray also provides a shine and sealer.
Thanks for the tips
Thankyou so much, this is exactly what I needed
Ok I hope this makes sense, I'm so frustrated. I did a tumbler with alcohol inks. I let it turn all night and this afternoon it felt dry to the touch so I got it and started sanding, I guess I sanded too much because a little piece came off down to the stainless steal. I tried to break off another little piece that was sticking out and when I pulled on it the epoxy just started pulling off the cup. Any ideas WHY this would happen? I have pulled every bit of it off. It was dry to the touch? I'm so confused. Any ideas? Please help.
This has happened to me before. I was using KSresinn LIquidity Split resin. This resin and most resin needs the room to be a specific temperature throughout the entire curing process. For me I turned my heater off in the room and for the 3 hours or so the room was cooler in temp. So the curing seemed to be cured to the touch but when I started sanding, it was like the resin was sticky and in areas. I figured I would sand it down until it was rough all over and reapplied a coat of epoxy this time the room was 75 -80 degrees overnight. It cured very well and did not have any issues after that. However, when I used KSResin Liquid Stone which does not require a high temp to cure, it was almost impossable to get the resin to cure even after a 3rd coat. For your issue, since you already sanded to teh metal I would say start over and ensure your room temperature is warm as directed by the epoxy you are using. Also, ensure you have enough epoxy and your A and B are equal parts. This may be the case for your issue.
