I'm hardstuck plat and I'm at a point where I just dont know what to Do anympre. I get the most useless teammates. Nearly every Single game I'm the online one who is giving comms and every game that I dont drop at least 30 kills I just Lose. I've watched people rank up that are far far worse than me in every aspect of the game becquse the valorant gods just hate me. I've fixed every Problem in the last year, my aim is now on a really high Level, my gamesense was always good, cause I like to watch the pros play and a few months ago I fixed my mentality. I'm always communicating, dont care about my frags, am trying to set my team up and yet I still cant rank up. In my tracker Profile I'm top 10% in every Single stat except for my 30% winrate...

these are all ver valid decision, there is only one huge small detail... you have immortal/radiant players playing with you, who know what they are doing and how to take advantage of situations... half the time the decisions taken only make sense because your teammate know what they are supposed to do

The problem is even if you do good for your team and you win a game but you’re bottom fragging, you don’t gain much RR compared to the ones above you, but if you lose and you’re bot frag you lose much more RR, so the whole system just demoralizes you. Makes you think you’re the problem and that you’re useless which could be the case but you can’t expect nor are you expected to top frag while simultaneously playing for the team.

0:30 i think there is no harm in spamming that omen, because ur location is already spotted via raze, little movement to save urself from death isnt going to help in a long run when team failed to retake. Alr, lets put something on the table here If you would have said that before this episode, i would have been completely agreeing with you. Thing is, this episode is different. Because of a hard reset, elo's like gold, silver or even plat became completely erelevent to look at. In a normal and healthy rank system, you are supposed to fall against people around your mmr/skill level and if you are making big enough of a difference, you will slowly be boosted by the rank system that will push you towards the rank that it thinks you deserve BUT Right now, i have done a total of 34 games and only 3 were actually full gold Other games didn't had smurfs fpr the most part, that would be too easy But instead were people that were in diamond and sometimes higher for more than a full episode but got ranked down and what is funny is that, it is not even because of stats I looked up every players that i could and they ALL had great stats before going down So it means that being gold right now is basically playing with mostly plat/diamonds lobbies and sometimes higher If you are performing well in most your games in gold atm, YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE GOLD BECAUSE YOU ARE LITTERALLY, FOR THE MOST PART, PLAYING 1-2 EVEN SOMETIMES 3 ELO'S HIGHER THAN YOUR RANK Stop to just not see the problems and act like valorant is perfect, it has lots of flaws ESPECIALLY FOR LOW ELO/OCCASIONAL PLAYERS Acting like it's players fault they can't rank up because they do minor mistakes against people that are supposed to be 2 elo's higher is like saying that you should be better than radiants to become imortal, that is complete nonsense If you are high elo, do not talk about low elo unless you actually know what you are talking about! Coaching is normal, but don't blame players for not ranking up when the rank system is litterally broken right now Fuck

I personally think if I knew reynas last known position was B, I'd stick to half and since the reyna blind came out after the half was achieved I wouldve probably sprayed or played for the push as soon as I got half. I dont think this is the right play, but I think it wouldve been better than the video. Probably depends too much on a 50/50 is the biggest issue with that whereas holding the smoke push wouldve probably been like a 60/40. I wouldve also considered tping out when the reyna blind was thrown but idk if there was enough time to do so. Also one thing to consider was that I wouldve trusted my deadlock to shoot the blind or the reyna

i think regardless of whether yoru holds it or not, the deadlock should've ulted before the tap/swing. the ult is kinda like a raze rocket, whereas the way deadlock played it kinda just ended up baiting the yoru. assuming the deadlock had ulted first, then i think yoru faking would've been the right play (and it would've been much more obviously the right play) because at worst deadlock kamikazes reyna, which means yoru surviving takes priority over sticking the defuse.

My problem? I frag 38/8/6 kda on average each game, hardstuck gold, I play with Ascendant players in Ascendant lobbies, guess what, I place 2nd or 3rd in team, sometimes even top fragger of the team. And yet, my team mates are trash when I practically carry them. Such a "fair" ranked system

The last one is a bit hard to make use off, at least around gold and platinum rank. Through I rarely use that smoke, I do it after communicating that I will make a smoke for them to play around. The issue lies that my teammates rarely know what they are supposed to do with such a smoke, unlike me who can work around all smokes, my teammates doesn’t know how smokes work. They usually dies and then point their fingers at me saying “Why did you think putting a smoke there was a good idea?!” Therefore even if those smokes would win me some rounds, I tend to stay away from them at my current rank. Thoughts?

The only reason i care about bottom fragging is when i try to tell my team it do something or tell them why this plan wont work or being helpful i get "don't speak to me bottom fragger"

The amount of times the MVP of my team was a coward that baited the entire team and took ages to rotate while the enemy team fucked our asses unironically pisses me off. We have info that all 5 of them are on B, the bastard will stay on B and will only start slowly rotating after the game becomes a 5v2, and they will talk shit to the team anyways

these videos are not realistic, even if the people in comments chose right every single time during this video it doesnt mean that they would do so ingame, being able to notice all the key patterns during the game and performing at the same time is 100x harder than watching it from the video, which is why they are not in immortal.

when I play with my friends elo(technically smurfing sorry for that )my peak is asc 3. I got sh*t on silver to gold lobbies this guys have crazy I kid you not there is a lot of cray aimers in the said elo but they lack game sense they don't know how to use utils and what key agents to pick on certain maps. Btw my aim is sh*tty but I take what I learn on watching VCT matches and apply it to my gameplay to compensate for that, also comms is very important talk to your team if you are bottom fragging don't tilt talk with your teammates and use your util properly it's a team game after all.

I ended the last act at gold 2 after I have already been gold 3. In the last couple days I have had 1 out of 5 games without smurfs. It's impossible to climb like that. I have multiple viewers in my chat who are diamond elo or higher and they all agree that I am playing at a platinum level. Yet I still can't get out of gold 2 or 3 because I am facing smurfs almost every game. And of course if you are better than gold you will rank up eventually, but only if you play against people who are gold as well and not some ascendent or immortal jett mains who just do whatever they like and one tap everyone because they have god like aim... Valorant has a huge smurf problem which is ruining the game for casual and new gamers and the valorant community and riot games itself support this so much...

im a gold player that pretty much mainly plays controller (most often omen/viper). i believe that i have a lot of moments where i play or think like a plat or diamond player, sometimes my mechanics mirror that as well. but i play like a gold player a lot also, equal to or somewhat greater than the amount i play above that. so many people i know have the same moments im talking about where they play like a higher rank than they are. and they build their ego off them. i was like that as well until i took a break and realized that it isnt about how good you are in single time popoffs, its entirely how good you are consistently. if youre consistently playing like a platinum player, youre going to be platinum. personally i think if i really dedicated an hour a day out of the time i spend doing random things for even a week or two into vod reviewing, mechanics practice, figuring out my weaker sites as both an agent and my personal ability to play them, really anything related to the game where im learning instead of just playing. if i did that i think i could 100% rank up into plat pretty quickly and so on. i do believe that quite often i *do* in fact get bad teammates and it does contribute to me losing a match, but i also understand that i could have played a bit better, or played around them to set myself, and anyone on my team playing "competently" up for success a little bit more to maybe get even 1 or 2 more rounds in, maybe help bring us to a win. i understand that the specific match i played with them could have just been an off game for them and they arent always a bad player for the rank theyre in. and also smurfs are fucking annoying as shit but they arent the reason youre a lower rank than you think you deserve. sure theyre common in gold, but you can still play around them.

You're clueless and giving bad advice. The only thing gold should focus on is mechanics. The RR system is so KD weighted that your winrate literally has no effect down there. It's all KD. Also trying different sens is good and builds mouse control. Yes, golds have horrible game sense--but so do dia, asc, imm, etc. Theoretically literally nothing matters until immortal when win/loss ratio starts to have a real effect on RR. It should be all aimlabs until imm, unless riot fixes the broken system.
