Selection of skiing videos including local as well as holiday. In general I try to put an accurate description of which runs and lifts I used. Hopefully allows others to get a better idea of what the runs and routes are like.
Schafbergbahn - Part 10

Coming through the tunnel and exiting out at the top of the railway. Up to the right you can see the Schafbergspitze hotel, which has a restaurant with great views from the terrace. If you take the walk around the rear of the hotel there are sheer cliffs and great views over to Mondsee and Attersee lakes.
As the video finishes you can see a small service track running from the train line up to the hotel, presumably for delivery and removal of goods and refuse etc. Just ahead you can make out the top station of the railway itself, should have kept the video running to get the full picture.

9th August 2024, 13:19 Further open views of the lake as we head up over the open slopes. Very steep drop off to the side. This is getting near to the top, the bend you can see in the distance leads us into a tunnel immediately prior to the top station.

9th August 2024, 13:18 After the Schafbergalm stop the treeline stops and the mountain becomes quite open. Gives great views down to the lake. The horn sounding at the start of the video is the train warning due to a footpath crossing point that we pass at 00:10.

This is the Schafbergalm which is a restaurant and a point where some people get off to hike the remainder of the journey to the top (about 1.5 hours). 9th August 2024, 13:04 2nd passing loop on way up. As the engine is at the back the assistant at the front leans out the cab to guide driver to ensure he's fully in the loop to allow the other train to safely pass by.

5th April 2024, 14:54 So 2 of us went down the dual slalom firstly (See ruclips.net/video/cVZDsGnw-E0/видео.html and ruclips.net/video/RTo4iTTns7Y/видео.html), which left one to do it themselves. Disappointing, as she was a bit faster than I was, although I'm a lot older! (24.6s vs 29.12 vs 32.45)

Was certainly better than last year, although fairly bare/icy below about 1200m other than the usual strips of artificial. However there's been some decent snow over the last week (unfortunately after we left!) and cold temps so you should be in for a good time.

Nice. Snow was scarce. End of Jan 2023 and it had had a few days snow in Austria and everyone came out to play. Quickly got scrapy everywhere and that 20 was nearly all ice on the way down. The soft slush would have been preferable. At least it was cooler by the end of Jan

Hi Mike, done this way home many times. Unfortunately I am 78 years old and I gave up skiing 3 years ago, before I had a big accident. Nice to see the old runs again. Can do it from my desk. Cheers, Keith

February seems to be the best month for the best snow on-average. The snow looks lousy but the food is always excellent.

Looks like you're right. Seems like a few run numbers have changed since this video was taken (2018). Haven't been back there since, but really enjoyed the ski area.

Where is the start ?
Just point out, from 5:17 to 5:40 you switched from blue 26 to (I think red 40). 26 goes a bit around, you just missed the signs. So you are correct, that section is indeed not blue. You can see the blue slope a bit at 5:17, it's going left, turning and then again at 5:23, it's heading right and into the forest. Mentioning this because the slope is visibly more steep in that section and beginners watching this could potentially be put off.

Have you tried Cod Liver oil tablets? My left knee couldn't go back much, as the knee was painful beyond a certain angle, but since I started taking 'Seven Seas' one a day, it can bend it the whole way back.

after the bottom of Cugnai chairlift, is it the "col de la madeleine" blue run ?
At about 1:40 in the video Cugnai finishes and we join St Jacques (Blue), which then joins Col de la Madeleine at about 2:30.

This is giving me awful flashbacks. I got caught as a beginner on that last long slushy section down too. Utterly too much for beginners. Ruined my confidence and my day.
