Cool wie du das axiale Lager wieder in Funktion gebracht hast und weiterverwendest die schweisst naht beim Trapezgewinde ist mir auch schleierhaft 🧐 ich hätte das Trapezgewinde wider frei gemacht (diese Schweissnaht entfernt) ob diese Senkschrauben bei 35.45 wirklich die originalen wahren, bezweifle ich über den schlüssel müssen wir reden 🤔 das Gewinde, das du bei 35.54 gerade kastrierst, ist eigentlich für eine Verlängerung gedacht wie willst du diese Kräfte, die du brauchst, auf diesem kleinem schlüssel übertragen du brauchst eine Verlängerung und du hast gerade eine Bruchstelle erzeugt, mit deiner gutgemeinten Aktion, was aber diese Kräfte nicht übernehmen kann, mit einer Verlängerung mein Glückwunsch für diese schöne Arbeit 🥳🥳

I liked this channel. Cool to restore rusty things. 🙂 It would be a good idea to dim or fade the screen on the movie while welding for the sake of people with epilepsy, I think. 🤔

Why did the rust magically dissapear when the oil went on it.
There is silver stuff in the oil so it looks silver after using the oil.
I think 1 part missing Got similar tool and near head is ring who helps screw drills in my tool

When is pretty tough like that to get off.. have you ever thought about spraying some oil on it to loosen it? I’m just offering you a suggestion that’s all it’s my first time here. I find it pretty interesting watching you restore whatever that item is.. Good luck. Have a nice day.
Oh yes, I did it several times with oil to loosen it. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not work. But it is always worth a try. Thank you for your advice 👍🙂

Esta restauración es bellísima, esta plancha es sin igual. La plancha de mi abuela era más sencilla pero igual se utilizaba el carbón.

Buddy having never welded before you did a good job, the thing is you were willing to try. We learn from experience and I am sure as time goes on you will become more efficient at it. Over all I think you did an outstanding job on restoration of this old iron.

Preheat the cast iron to around 600 degrees F. I prefer nickel welding rods, but stainless steel is fine, too.
