Love pot roast all my life... not much consumption last couple decades...just 2 of us at home here. Now loving to make steak from it. Had steak again tonite. I find myself saying, "Best yet! About $3.50- to 4 dollars for a healthy filling delicious dinner.

Born in the mid fifties, always was into veggies and fruits and daily meat for a meal or 2. I was in poor shape & weighed about 50 lbs more than after i did bball, and Now. I couldn't eat or digest meat well or eat eggs last summer, but slowly switched over too ground beef and eggs late summer & fall moreso. In the last 2-3 months, now more exclusively BBE n steak diet . I'm really enjoying it's ez. Feeling energetic, sleeping six hours straight, awake early, physique looking great, almost like when I played basketball 4 mornings a week until 2020 for 11 years. I'm not at the gym yet, but I plan on this next few weeks after a minor medical procedure (hernia repair), after decade+). I'm still not too on top of a disciplined daily regimen, but I started a new rebounding regimen today and resistance band exercises and walking recently again, after being in my usual good shape in summer. This past week, I started running a bit on a good hill here, too. I'm thinking seriously ously about the gym, weights, and 🏀 real soon! I stretch some on a large fitness ball, as I have for years, some days. My Miracle Meat Diet is making me feel better and more enthusiastic! Watch Homestead How channel & documentary*, and others he helped inspire! Btw my skin and hair are noticeably improving also, and something I've been concerned about for over a decade. I'm super excited about this new carnivore diet discovery. It's really awesome - I thought that I knew everything about good nutrition and spent the last 20 yrs researching, adding supplements, and growing produce for a healthier diet... Now I'm striving to & excited about as Kerry's* documentary is titled; Healing Humanity; The Value of a Proper Human Diet*

Yes, we have lots of trees and many tall Evergreen Trees in the mountains and hills above the valleys. I'm happy you commented. This is a old small Western town, quite unique here.

@tomGibertson lucky. My Costco doesn't carry sugar free bacon either. And zero regular breakfast sausage. Like Farmer John's. Which has sugar, but some calories are worth it.

Got freezer full of beef, but no pork or other choice cuts of beef. My son in laws do those up fancy! Just the basics here. But, enjoying meat again, in a 3 meal a day way. Wild Alaskan cod & Coho salmon regularly too. Just wife & I here except for farm fall cleanup day today! LOOKIN 4 GOOD LOCAL PORK...

Wow, you are or were there, it I so amazing. Thanks for sharing thoughts on it. I wonder if the 14' tall 🚪 door is still there on building by the waterfront. It hasn't been finished "remodeling" yet. I'm kinda starting to believe that town was under water - I did see old photos, of the filling off the ridge above town, was filled in to create the main street, now called water street.

Well I understand I used to think they were as stated..late 1800s. But these older buildings are OLDER- part of a coverup! Refaced, modified, copied, and many more were/are being destroyed! THROUGH my & other's thinking and belief in the world narrative(Realiez see the lies!) has really flipped. Its an evil vs God world! God wins but as in Revelations 20, Satan short season is Now! way until my extensive researching and reading, and watching other's videos & more in the last few years. We/many of us now know that our "pioneer west" here and "new world history" was altered and most of what we are/ were taught is a lie . Researching videos with words like mudflood, redbrick buildings, the great Reset, and The Millennial Reign, as *(referenced in Revelations 20)...- really it is much about what the Word is about; the Kingdom of God ! I'd share more but not here now 😉 I do believe The Truth will set you free! I took the time. It's really of utmost importance! It is really awesome to have the Truth unveiled by seeking The Creator God, with all our heart, soul & mind! Once you see this, you can't unsee it!
