I went back to the bedrock on my property and move a large rock. I was surprised at the amount of gold that I found from approximately 3 gallons of material. Enjoy!

Cabin Progress
Просмотров 2 тыс.5 лет назад
This is the progress that we've made on our cabin. I lost all of the videos and pictures that I had taken since we poured the foundation. Silly me for not backing them up. Anyway, I wont let that happen again. We made serious progress this past summer.

The New Mid Sized Highbanker in Action
I used the same test plug, and built it so it grabs the wing nut for adjustment without disassembly. A 45 on the suction tube, and wire in a tic tac toe pattern through small holes near the end, for a classifier on the fly. The real reason was to stop plugging it up with rocks. Great job.
Hey Look's Good... Just started panning flour gold up here in Alberta Canada NSR. No luck yet,so, I decided to go bigger Build what you have At a lower cost than Amazon, pretty price's. For everything, plus your shipping cost... But ya, awesome, what you made...and came up with.. I have most the material,to build one , but look's good. I stumbled across your video,I think it will work out , aswell.👍
I want one what u charge for one
U need to sell them
No new video's in a year ish. Hope all is well. Came to your channel on your suction dredge build with one way valves. I'm a disabled veteran trying to find ways to keep me into prospecting.
This is a great design. I'm definitely building one just like it.
you still got anymore of those simpson ties. the wt8 ones
can you mack me one
Gracias por compartir. Cuantas horas le dura la carga a la vateria. Gracias.
Small question: How did you get a claim below the high water mark?
John Jacobs. Hi. Do you think you could have avoided the stem wall supports going down into the footers? Your separation forces are already solved by the strong ties, and you can hold the elevation with the angled stakes, right? Man, it looks really nice. Good job !
Excellent my friend just excellent
Excellent video, thanks for sharing! Where did you get your stopper? Thanks
Could you build one of these that has a 3-4" suction?
Impressed
Can you explain the piers down the center? Are you running a foundation across it?
They support the center beam for the subfloor.
Nice pan. Keep your head on a swivel. Have a high powered hand gun with you.
out all the saquatch watching you. (Bigfoot) In the tree line !! "The Highland Werewolf Hunter" Montana Idaho Boarder. USA.
You're the second or third person who has mentioned a bigfoot in my videos. I don't see what you're talking about...but I've experienced some hair raising things on this claim!
Hi John! Cool video, nicely done. Didn't know you were a RUclipsr. Congrats!
You think you could do this full time and pull at least an ounce a week working 8 hour days?
Would 1 inch lay flat hose work?
Owesome dredge pump 👍, I also build one when I see this presentation, thank for sharing 🙏
I cant beleive your mom really hit you with the "john jacobs jingle hiemer shmidt" thats cold as ice
Great rocker box video tho thank you. Considering one of these
The problem with this design is the check valves will get pebbles stuck in the flap and then your suction goes to hell. Better off building the simpler versions
I get your point...but I've used this dredge hundreds of times and have made 1000's of pulls...and the check valves have NEVER failed due to a pebble getting stuck in the flap.
So what size of rocks can be sucked up in this?
Very neat! 👌
Thanks for the vid!
Where was this at in Idaho?
Great scenery and videos
This is what I love about RUclips. Excellent video. Excellent build. I will be using this idea for many different purposes
love it well done from New Zealand
Hello, can you buy such a nozzle somewhere? I would like to build something like this myself, can I ask for more construction details? I don't know if I can handle it. Regards, Syla.
Amazing vid!!! Hey i know you
How much static suction are you generating? Have you checked with a vacuum gauge? The ones I build are similar, but yet different. Two venturies, up to 12" of vacuum using a similar 12Vt pump. Great job! 👍
12:28 "Its hard to do this: film with one hand and suck with the other" Best line of the video lmao! Seriously though, that is a great idea and I am going to be building a version of it but with a larger 12v pump than you're using. The sediment I need to dredge is up to 8 feet thick so I really want to get as much suction as possible out of it. I have 3 days now until our trip to prospect and a dredge will up our game significantly! I will try and get video of it for our new channel about our family adventures out prospecting! I'm taking my 9 year old son out for his first time on Tuesday!
G'day mate, I'm currently building a rocker cradle too, using marine ply with two smaller bilge pumps. I'm thinking underneath the base for the pumps to be placed. How did yours go in the river?
Hello Sir. How did you seal the joints where it's riveted? And what do I need to rivet it?
I sealed it with a bead of silicone chalking along each joint face where metal to metal contact was made. You'll need a rivet gun, the appropriate sized rivets (I used 1/4"); a drill with the appropriate sized bit (I used 1/4"). Hope that helps.
hey mate what do you call that blue hose ?
Its 1-1/2” pool hose.
May we please know the cost of the 17 yards of concrete at the time you did the pour? I know it has gone up, in part, due to fuel costs, etc. But it would be a good gauge. Thank you.
4+ years ago. Not counting the forms that I put up. The concrete alone was $2200.
Think it all burned last year so sad
Hello from Alberta Thanks for the information I'm building my own version.
Sweet table Sir very nicely done & when you gunna get some more gold videos? I'm trying to find enough to weigh on a scale lol
This spring! I plan on hitting the river for some nuggies!
@@johnjacobs3643 oh man oh man I'll be waiting as patiently as possible good luck 👍 & heavy pans Sir
Looks great!
Hello, beautiful creations!
just where is this spot on the north shore of the clearwater? I know of marker 11 on the clearwater on east state highway 12. how far is this spot from there?
You have battery powered high pressure washers up to 22 bar now.
Hey, can you tell me why the water returns inside?
This great, and I'm going to try making one. I been wanting a high banker but that money I don't have to spend.ni do have the bazooka mini, and a small suction dredge that I don't have to bust my arm pumping would be better.ni too own a gold n sands, but it has been backfiring water at me. Maybe I should drill it a top hole. I do have a lot of PVC pipe, going to try and make one. Thank you.
Looks like you have a good claim!
ficou muito bom
