I want to share with you why this song is so important to me. I dated someone for 5 years, she had family problems and her family also had a lot of influence in our relationship. They were expecting me to deal even with their bad financial decisions. I put all my dreams aside and made decisions to make her happy thinking one day she was going to notice my efforts and value my integrity. I gave 100% but it was never enough. One day, this song came out on spotify while I was taking a shower and soon I felt like this song was talking to my inner kid asking where the heck was who I used to be? I made a decision right away, and I told myself I needed to be happy and value myself first. I left this relationship and now I am so much better healing. Since then, I noticed the pressure fades as soon as you fallow your instinct, cause we are young and make dump decisions that eventually as you grow up realized there is far more beyond than love. For whatever reason you are having a hard time about, just remember this song can also talk to your inner person trying to be happy, and it won't be the last time until you finally let things go and start healing!!! Lets goooo.
