Citing Tucker in the beginning does not work in your favor considering he glows harder than almost anybody in the American RW (his father was CIA. American propaganda talking head in foreign countries). I looked up Shroyer and Straka's criminal complaints and both pretty clearly state they were charged with trespassing in a restricted area (not that verbiage exactly). Shroyer's criminal complaint even included some of the stuff he said that day that was similar to what Nick said yet he wasn't charged with incitement to violence. As far as Nick being subpoenaed, he pled the fifth on all of his questions. Patrick Casey however did not plead the fifth and totally cooperated with the feds (all of this is easy to find on google). Patrick Casey also got money in the form of bitcoin from the suicidal French rich guy. Not as much as Nick, but this would imply that is why they both got subpoenaed. On top of all of that if you look at the difference in Patrick Casey and Nick's rhetoric post Jan 06 Patrick Casey is basically de-radicalized totally and Nick has only gotten more radical and more importantly, he got more specific. That leaves your only argument being why didn't Nick get charged with incitement to violence for his rhetoric, and my guess would be because as far as I know out of everyone who got charged during Jan 06 no-one got charged with incitement to violence, and Nick was never in the restricted area. He did say things that could have motivated people to potentially commit criminal acts, but a lot of people did because it developed into a riot. So, the real question is why are you slandering Nicholas J Fuentes?
