I’ve always wanted a proper remake/remaster of this game with the visuals of Zelda:BOTW and a refined version of the swinging gameplay. The only thing stopping me from fully playing this game and enjoying the mechanics is the janky camera and the fact that Pete rarely goes where you want him to.

For a 20 year old game, incredible upscaling. Hope the mod community can keep at it with this game and one day make it look and feel exactly like a next gen title.

Something I love about this fan-remaster is that the main suit looks SOOO MUCH BETTER. The original suit on PS2 looked so muddy and muted. This mod fixes that issue by making it more vibrant and movie-accurate. Absolutely peak

This takes me back☺. I always liked seeing black cat here. Also beck’s first challenge. What a fruit cake he was. Tons of fun no doubt😁. But some of the scenes were really sloppy. Like fighting some average bad guys and saving people at the news conference. Only had that problem once as a kid😄. Should’ve purchased the web zipping skill

YOU WANT A GREAT SPIDER-MAN GAME!? THIS IS IT, THE GOAT!!!!!!!!

Watching this after beating Marvel SM2 and it feels like this ancient game portrays everyday life as Peter Parker better than the newer games. For example Daily Bugle Missions where he can just walk around, get bullied by Jonah etc. These are not just cutscenes added to say “See?? He’s a superhero, but he is also a human being with problems!!” and 30 seconds after he jumps out of the window to stop some supervillain. In this game Peter-only moments feel like equal parts of the game.

Nostalgia I swear I haven’t played this in a decade all I remember before rewatching this was the machine exploding I could of replayed it if the game wasn’t 2 decades old cuz my dad couldn’t play it on his laptop if anything the only thing it played was the menu music
