Do you think concentrator is quite easy to blok?
MY DAD IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love my Dad's work and learn's a lot from him!!
Thank you❤🎉
I am looking for a person directly familiar with this process in the Toronto area.
Production for the teachers have a good day
Amazing work and wonderful presentation, thank you so much for sharing.
For concentration (as in reduction of volume) af EVs suspended in PBS, any recommended methods that do not require specialized equipment?
very informative! thanks.
i love extracellular vesicles
Very Informative
Very nice !
Great need to curb paper mills - ruclips.net/video/FPlwqi_sgpk/видео.html
"EV pellets are invisible to the naked eye" I call differential centrifugation of sEVs a faith based protocol as you simply have to believe that there are exosomes in the invisible pellet and that your protein analysis or other protocols with validate your belief.
thanks it was amazing 🤩🤩🤩🤩
Why the ATP produced by bacteria is extracellular electron transport chain process?
Hup Daan!
A dallamát értettem, a szövegével már bajban voltam. 😅
Where do I find references mentioned in the video?
You can find the references at slide 30, which is visible during the last few seconds of the video.
Wooo! Andras and Tijana!
Great talk! Thanks

This is one of the better ISEV videos
Is the RNA in exosomes. Do exporters prevent the need
Why CD63?
This guy is focused on imaging rather than on science. He is doing a permanent nose and advertising himself, asking channels, TV to come and film his lab. I see fancy images, but nothing new in terms of concepts and science or biological rationale.
Great presentation ✨
What interview 😍😍 Thanks the Ev club and snev
Thank you very much for your wonderful presentation!
Brilliant explaination, starting a project on EV in the next few months and I really needed some tips and tricks!
Cells actually uses acidification of exosomes to keep them close together and prevent them from repelling each other in the MVB because protein are more positively charge in acidic environments. However when exosomes are release into the extracellular environment they regain their repelling potential at pH 7.
Regarding the questions at the end, exosomes are naturally at 5.5 pH when they are in the MVB. So I highly doubt that acidification will affect the exosomes. Maybe microvesicles
thank you! informative
EVs from all sources are remarkably stable in acidic environments. I am not at all surprised that they survived stomach acid.
This was helpful to me as I try to assess what parameters to focus on for defining the relevant characteristics of a sEV preparation.
Thank you. We have recently been working with a company that is looking to develop a MSC-sEV treatment product for CNS injury and, as basic researchers, we have been struggling to understand what information we need to get in order to make that possible. This gave me a good overview of what is needed for a clinical trial approval.
Thank you. This got me caught up on the technique of tetraspanin antibody capture for EVs as well as the considerations of choices of what antibody to use.
I learned a lot about LPs today, both in relationship to CVD and contamination of my sEV samples. Thank you for educating me. There was a lot that I did not know about the origin and life cycle of these particles which causes a lot of other data to now make sense to me.
Hi! How to connect to SNEV?
If a liposomal supplement smells strongly and distinctly of dish detergent... is it very likely that a detergent removal tequnique was used? If so, does this mean there is substantial solvent/detergent remaining left over and would that be advisable against consuming or distributing as a quality product? Thank you!
Too Good!
Wonderful invention.....
No vesicules below 30nm hm
Very interesting Hannah!

Question: was the PBS freshly prepared or prepared and stored ? How was PBS prepared? Gibco pouch used and were additional salts added? or manually prepared from the scratch by measuring salts? Was Zeta potential of the isolated EVs measured to cross confirm the active EVs
Is it possible to provide participation certificate or something acknowledging for taking part in weekly journal club? As a phd student i need to record my time investment in EVs related topics learned
Self-reporting is the only mechanism. We have no way to verify who has watched a given video or logged in to a given session. Even if we did, we would need support for the time required to do the verification and issue a certificate. This is currently a 100% volunteer, unpaid and unsupported effort.
