I appreciate your commentary. Love love love JMC, so Im a little biased. But i actually think he is good at being critical of church culture and pointing out bad theology. Tim Whitaker i struggle with at times because he seems so convinced that he is right and everyone else who even has a hint of being conservative, is wrong.

Brooooo…. Thanks for talking about TNE. I love Tim and he’s a great communicator, and I’m glad he’s pointing out many incoherent things in American Christianity. But like… I don’t understand why he allows his progressive views impact his life leading to silly theology.

I will say Lecrae has been found at P Diddy’s parties, and we can guess what “mischief” he has probably gotten into there. Lecrae has been falling from the Lord for a while and it’s just sad to see.

Like the post...but discipleship...teach on a sunday or whatever day then tell as many people as you can that Jesus in You is real. Even asking Jesus to show you who to meet, what to say to them, offer to pray for them. Sitting in a church getting blistering on the rear end will rarely if ever change lives. Pastocould release control of pulpits to let testimonies of outreach be shared...throw away the so-called rule book that says the pastors must preach or teach. An emphasis on bringing in bums to sit on a pew on Sunday?? Such planning belittles the God who made this universe...The God-hea🎉d is bigger than our often petty plans and organising how God will run His church. At 71, I am just starting to s Jesus at work with His gifts. More power to ya!!!

Take a long hard look at what christianity is in actual reality. Take a long hard look at the effect christianity is having on the US. Take a long hard look at what the church has become. Is the world going to be made more or less moral by becoming less christian? Maybe a less christian America isn't something to be feared. Maybe it is something to be welcomed.

I kept asking questions about the inconsistencies in the bible and I kept being given the "You just gotta have faith." cop out or "You're not old enough to understand it yet." I got tired of being given non-answers and told my parents I wouldn't attend church with them anymore.

The bible project teaches false teachings and has large blindspots.
