I’m gettting the carnotaurus for my birthday so I’m glad everyone is saying that it is the best/very good but im a lil surprised that the trex didn’t even make the list but i can see why you didn’t but him in the top 5

My favourite toy was TLW thrasher trex because it was something one of my older cousins gave me in China and was my first jurassic toy! ❤ but as of now I definitely resonate with the hammond collection dilo + Steven Spielberg set as its one of the few toys that actually pays homage and recognises how much technical prowess went into creating the ground-breaking first jurassic film.

Apparently the reason for why this didn’t see release was due to Hasbro being unconvinced of the horns being safe for kids to play with, the same reason for why the TLW Series 2 Triceratops and its Chaos Effect repaint got also canned.

Every time you post a video i'm thinking we will see another JP prototype 😅 but i like you have more interest than only JP. I like Godzilla and have seen all the movies, but i'm not a collector of Godzilla.

I found one of these guys (the grey one) at “Bendicon” a small local comic/toy fair in a town I used to live in. I got it for $25 along with Alan grant and Tim Murphy. Bought the green one on eBay so they can be complete.

My favourite is the TLW bull T-rex. Back in 2014 when I started collecting the vintage JP toys, I always wanted the bull T-rex. I was 15 at the time I don’t have my own money to buy him myself, it took so much begging for my mum to finally buy one for me. It felt surreal to finally have one in my hands. He still is very special to me and always be the star of my collection. I stopped collecting vintage JP toys for a long time since JW came out and being focused on collecting those and then Mattel’s lines, I’ve only just recently gotten back into it, buying several toys already lol. I now have my eyes set on the Gallimimus being the next, more expensive toy to get.

To be honest if you buy this watch out bc some of the arms have two left arms and two right arms or one lose eye

Thank you for documenting this is in HD. Absolutely wild the main body is actually rubber! I always assumed it was just kind semi bendy plastic like the other figures. Really look forward to what else you've been given the ability to cover. And hopefully mass amounts of reference photos for people!

The catalog prototype Series 2 Young Rex has a yellow underbelly which I assume is why they chose it for this. Hope we get a gulper deco for reimagined…
