***Please don’t forget! *** 1. The road to Silver City is closed from Nov. 1 to the following Memorial Day weekend each year. Call the Owyhee Sheriff’s Dispatch at 208-495-1154 to ensure the road is open and passable before you start your trip. 2. There is no fuel, food, water or repair services on this route; make sure your vehicle is in good running order as you will be doing some serious climbing, especially if you come up from the Treasure Valley side. Bring plenty of food and extra water with you in case you break down and need to spend the night on the road. 3. Please post any questions you have about the area. 4. Last but not least, there are over 1100 active mining claims in this area; know how to recognize a claim marker so someone doesn’t show up and ask why you are on their mining claim if you are exploring in the area.

I don’t know about 2024. But there is a gigantic rug pull being put in place on the entire real estate market. In 30 years it will not be seen as an asset. Too long to explain in depth. But homes are not built to last and haven’t been in decades, baby boomers own something like 40% of single family homes and boomers are 20% of the population they will be gone in 30 years, these two factors work against each other but psychologically they will be dissuading to buyers. Millennials don’t and won’t have the skills or income for homeownership. People will just go into the 15 minute cities out of necessity and ease. Keep in mind that the same percentage of the population that failed the Milgram Experiment took the Covid vaccine 86%. Our current culture almost perfectly parallels the RAT Europa Experiment.

He married Kirsten cause she could support him His first wife believed in him as a musician and had an audition set up with a major rock band that fired its bassist in 94 until she found out he was married they were still talking because he only saw her as his way into music until she found out he was married She asked him why he got married because he told her it’s be a long time before he ever married again and he said I don’t know why Lol cause she kept you too bad you’re such a fat bald narcissist that you have to sell real estate His first wife is a millionaire 5x over and still travels with The Band Rick you were already Bald at 23!! The king of come overs!! She had just lost her Mon and he took advantage of that Look up narcissist it fits Rick to a T! His first wife knows that his every I love you was a lie he was a drug user and heavy drinker but she got him to stop until he started stealing her migraine medication to get high off of it. He’s a control freak but his wife had her own mind and after he joined the army she left for a friends house to see if she wanted to stay married to someone who thought so little of her She only came back because we went to war in the gulf He never did cause he only joined the army to get his Dads love she knew he couldn’t cut it and he used her bipolar diagnosis to get out lying he had a sick wife to take care of He’s so insensitive he actually asked her if he was going to end up with her. You should’ve seen your face when I said her name after a dream I had She’s very gifted and also has no doubt his wife now is to stupid to know the manipulation he’s doing to his family He will burn in hell for breaking the commandments lying cheating and worshipping a false God His mother is the biggest butinsky you’ll ever meet She hassled his first wife every day telling her he wouldn’t eat what she was making for dinner No mrs bitchy he just hates your cooking!! He’s a great con man because his wife believed he actually loved her His entire family have private numbers because they were bullied in high school and they’re a bunch of liars Rock you graduated in 84 not when you should have in 83 He also body shamed his wife when she actually gained weight that she needed because she was underweight when they met by 35lbs! You’ll all burn in hell because your marriage is built on a lie I asked him why he married you he said I don’t know Not because he loved you but I don’t know. You could’ve had everything you dreamed of as a musician boy did you F’k that up! Lol you’re nothing but a con man now! Maybe we’ll throw you some business in Idaho He loves to buy me things He will always love me and some day he’s coming after you! Ta
