I absolutely hate your rating, but i respect it because it is original.
Mmlp 10/10 The eminem show 10/10 Sslp 9/10 Relapse 8/10 Kamikaze 8/10 Recovery 8/10 Tdoss 8/10 Mmlp2 7/10 Revival 6 or 5/10 I haven’t listened to mtbmb
WHY IS SSLP 10 !
@cNgZ_m because they can’t all be number 1 😔
@ I’m not saying at 1 like 5
I really hope these negative comments don’t get to you. You’ve clearly stated you aren’t nitpicking and judging these albums, but clearly just saying your own opinion. Honestly funny to see these people get mad. Music is subjective and people need to grow up and understand that. That being said, you and I have different opinions, but that’s okay because I see where you’re coming from, thanks to your explanations. Much respect man, keep making vids.
@@lucafurer9580 Thank you. This is one of the best comments I’ve gotten on this video. I didn’t realize I was part of such a toxic fanbase until the comments started rolling in lol. Ngl, it’s been pretty annoying and it caused me to make a follow up video about it, so I needed to hear this haha
My ranking: 1. MMLP 2. TES 3. Relapse 4. SSLP 5. Encore 6. MMLP2 7. MTBMB 8. Recovery 9. Kamikaze 10. Revival I didnt listen to MTBMB recovery kamikaze and revival but revival is bad for the 7 song ive heard from it
slim shady lp in 10 is ragebait also it is NOT HIS FIRST ALBUM 🗣️❄️
@@circuit1138 Dawg I know. We’re talking about his official post Dre albums. If I were to rank them by my perception of objectively quality across all factors of his music, this list would look different. This video is purely based off taste
While I most definitely don't agree with the majority of this rating I'm happy recovery, relapse and MMLP2 were praised so highly. Very underrated. I know some people are opening up to enjoying relapse and I hope the same thing happens for recovery since it's a mixed bag and I don't get the hate. Also for mmlp2 as well. My rating imo 1. Mmlp 2. TES 3. SSLP 4. Relapse 5. MMLP2 6. Recovery 7. TDOSS 8. Infinite 9. Encore (encore is a guilty pleasure for me ngl) 10. MTBMB (both sides) 11. Kamikaze 12. Revival
TES MMLP SSLP & SSEP Recovery Relapse Kamikaze Encore Infinite MMLP2 TDOSS MTBMB Revival
nah u cannot be real
A very interesting ranking. It would be so interesting if you gave me your top 10 songs
"sslp is worst because i think he got better over time" "Mtbmb is his second worst, and his most recent"
@Mainonaise Artistry can be an inconsistent craft. I also primarily based this off of style bias. While I think he got technically better at his lyricism, I don’t personally prefer the calmer tone he’s taken recently lol
Encore is a hidden gem.Thank you for ranking it over tes and tsslp.
sslp best album bruh
@@TheRealVibro I definitely don’t think anyone’s favorite is “wrong” when it comes to Eminem. I respect it. Love the raw energy on that album and the classic hiphop vibe
Finally someone who appreciate relapse and recovery
Putting revivel over the eminem show is a crime
i agree w what you said about revival the hate was overblown, it has its lows but when it hits it hits ,in your head alone is better than anything he’s released after 2017 imo
You kept saying that “Eminem got better, his sound got better.” Of course it did… as the years went on the technology got better which then bettered his sound… but there is a lot more then just the sound when it goes into an album… so to place MMLP at 5 when almost the entire album is just pure amazing lyrics story telling genuineness from em, etc… (the sound isn’t even that bad either) is wild!
@@Goldensphinx I agree! Lyrics do matter. I like the uplifting lyrics and delivery of them in Recovery. I thinks it’s not even in question that his lyrics are top notch in every album compared to other rappers. This is where my bias disclaimed in the title kicks in to guide my decisions. I hold MMLP in extremely high regard. Every album I listed after that was swayed by my personal favorite era of him. What I meant(and said) made him better and better was not just technologic, but I think his whole musical expression got more elaborate too. He started having more bridges and melodic moments that elevated him past just his rap abilities. I assure you, the insane quality of his work through his entire career is not lost on me. He’s literally my favorite artist ever, and hip hop isn’t even my main genre.
@@trevorbennett I guess. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, that’s the beauty of music. Keep up the good work.
Holy shit finally someone who appreciates the true beauty of both relapse and recovery. I can finally say that I'm not the only one that would say that these are his best albums
@@VoidTboi It’s very nice to meet you lol. I see a good amount of Relapse praise, but Recovery is always towards the bottom of people’s lists for some reason. I just find that era of his magical
Doesent look that entertaining TBH

@@Amber_xo_133 I would never deny that. I just let my taste lead this video
Imo 1. The Eminem Show 2. MMLP2 3. Recovery 4. The Death of Slim Shady 5. Encore 6. MMLP 7. Music to Be Murdered By 8. SSLP 9. Revival 10. Kamikaze
@@Anonymityfan Love to see Recovery so high! Not a lot of people like it as much as me. What about Relapse though?
It's weird how I agree with having SSLP lower ranked but The Eminem Show is my favourite album of his with MMLP2 2nd
@@Anonymityfan Yeah I’m very much in the minority on my Eminem Show ranking. I got a lot of hate comments for it, and I knew I would lol. I do think MMLP2 is some of his best work objectively, so I’m glad there’s common ground:) Still love every album of his of course
The way you said jesy 😂
Fack is dogshit.
Trevor has your opinions on em discography changed if so could you give me your updated ranking
good vid but i just wanna say everyone is entitled to their opinion, unless you’re this wrong
Bro will u do re ranking of the albums again
Interesting that you have the Bad Meets Evil album as your actual favorite. Have you ever listened to any Royce Da 5'9 solo work?
Yea Nas' "The Cross" was produced by Eminem, that's why it sounds like an Eminem beat😂
Badmeetsevil is the only album that eminem constantly stays fast
The fact revival isnt at the lowest
But eh it's fine
I don’t agree with some of these but this was a very fun video
@@Awhitebabyfromquahog Thank you:)
Theres an end credits scene that teases the king of the monsters if u haven't seen it, first time watching that gave me chills🥶
<3
@@Logan31337 Hey, handsome <3
90% of these are just pop rock
@@garmr214 Well the list didn’t specify genre, but there was a lot of classic rock and metal. I think the creator of it was probably going for overall popularity from the last 6 decades. I did leave out a lot of choices to keep the video shorter, but I thought it was pretty balanced.
Overall, I really respect your list (except Imagine Dragons being bad lol, but that’s bc it’s one of my favorite bands). I agree with most of your rankings and I can understand all the reasons. There are some I would rank higher personally but I prefer bands to solo artists most of the time so almost all of these bands get my respect You should listen to any song by Breaking Benjamin. My dad introduced me to the band and their songs are pretty good imo
Are you just trying to be different with takes on the Beatles, simply put Green Day, Nirvana, Pink floyd, queen and debatably the Rolling Stones would not have existed with no Beatles, whilst all being in greatest of All time
@@greapard Just the way I feel. Their music doesn’t do much for me, but I understand it’s a different story for a lot of people, and that’s cool. I also think just because they inspired great musicians that followed them doesn’t mean the Beatles are as good as them. You wouldn’t use a telephone from the 80s just because it came first. Again, I know a lot of people feel differently but everyone has different preferences with music. I don’t like their production, vocals, songwriting, or mixing, but I accept that a lot of people do. Doesn’t make either one of us wrong. Anyway, thanks for watching, and I appreciate you sharing your perspective.
You should go through Black Sabbath's discography if you haven't. They'd likely end up in greatest of all time.
Listen to Firth Of Fifth by Genesis, arguably the best song ever.
Please I beg of you to listen to the Coldplay album parachutes and you will not have the same opinion please do this and change the list to have Coldplay a lot higher. And please listen to the X&Y album. Thankyou.

NAH BLUR?? ONE HIT WONDER? WTF
@@uri9495 I don’t know where you live, but in America, Song 2 is the only one I hear regularly. I mean it has over 4 times the monthly streams, so they have sort of the current day representation of a one hit wonder. Might just be my perception based on where I grew up
@@trevorbennett classic america the parody of american music made it big in america. Saying blur r one hit wonder is like saying oasis r one hit wonder
@@uri9495 We’ve always had A LOT of foreign music here. That’s kind of the point of America. There were MANY British bands in this list, including Oasis. Some bands just don’t get as big. No need to get nasty about another country because Blur isn’t our cup of tea. America has pumped out some of the best artists of all time as well.
Something about Terminal Frost from A Momentary Lapse Of Reason just hits me every time. I get lost in that song. Love Learning To Fly too though.

Putting the beatles in anything other than the top tier is criminal
Cut him some slack, he's like 14 years old
@@k-s6515 I’d do anything to be 14 again
@@trevorbennett Strawberry Fields forever, Something, Fool On The Hill, Penny Lane, Dear Prudence, Tomorrow Never Knows, etc. Beatles should be in the top tier Imo and their production is still mind-blowing 50+ years later.
