2024 and i'm here. Thank you for this meme. I love Maze Runner too. And i love Newt. I have been this triology so many times and i'm still trying to figure out WHEN he got infected. I have three possible options here. 1: When they were taken to the wicked facilities and they gave him some vitamines as they said? 2: When he got attacked by a crank running in the shopping mall, hard to se if he was stung or not. But i noticed that he had a little bandage wrapped on his hand when he gave the gun to Winston when he was dying. 3: Later on when they were in the mountains with Right Arm the bandage was gone i think. How long were they in the mountains before they went to the last city? Must've been a wile, since Benda had been healthy for weeks since she got that cure in the mountains. Did it take so long time for Newt to develope his flare? It went quicker with all the others who died before him.

I started reading the maze runner 4 days ago, and have just finished the series .when I got to page 250 of Death cure, I cried myself to sleep

I’m just sitting here crying. 😭😭 I can’t put in words how utterly crushed I was over Newt’s death. He was the most undeserving of death character I’ve ever seen. Which meant he was going to die because that’s just life works. I had the biggest movie breakdown of my life watching TDC. I couldn’t breathe, I was hysterically sobbing, screaming, I was shaking....Then I was in depression for the next week. Newt’s my favorite character not just from Maze Runner but EVER. I love him. And I wished he had gotten a better life. He deserved so much more. 💔💔💔😭😭😭♥️♥️♥️
