In this video we will 1. Analyse the results of an MTT based cell viability assay, looking at the effect of doxorubicin on cell lines 2. Graph the results in the form of a dose response curve 3. Calculcate the IC50 for doxorubicin in this cell line 4. Graph the results as a bar chart and statistically analyse the difference between drug concentrations using an ANOVA.

Why is your "total volume needed" 10 mL? If you are using only six wells wouldn't the total volume be 0.7 mL? (0.7 if you consider 7 wells to have enough).
