When you did the One-Way ANOVA, you found statistical differences between all concentrations (0 vs. all ; 6.25 vs all etc.) but you only put stars over 50 vs 100 - how do you show/present the fact that actually they all had statistical relevance? The graph would get really messy and busy showing everything - do you leave the graph blank and just mention in a results/figure? Because just looking at that graph it looks like the only statistically relevant data is 50 vs 100, when actually everything is? In the case where only some were statistically different but not all (i.e. say 0 vs all ; 6.25 vs all, 12.5 vs all, but not 25/50/100 vs all) how would you present that?
Thank you so much mam. Actually it was very much informative and detailed well with the test performed. I have a request like please upload more videos regarding graphpad prism and analysis. Thank you. This video is worthy
Currently writing my thesis and your video answered all the questions I had regarding the data and analysis. Thank you very much!!!🙌🏽🙌🏽
