I suspect the splotch left by the mermaid markers is due to the paper. I don't have that brand, but I have watercolor markers. If I use them on cotton watercolor paper, they don't leave a splotch. They definitely do leave a splotch in my sketchbook. You got a lot of good tips for avoiding that. I loved the Gelato blended with the baby wipes.

Loved this! so fun seeing what you got up to and absolutely love this way of journaling! It's cool knowing we had that convo on my live about feeling 'behind' and not wanting to do as much writing and then seeing how you changed it up accordingly, I think it's such a fab way to go about it and I might see if I can find something similar for my trip in January. Our dog was the same as Pixie, itching and scratching and biting until he bled. After steroids and several expensive, fruitless trips to the vet I changed his food. Never looked back! Sometimes they can change one ingredient and it's enough to send them into a frenzy! Love your videos and blogs into your adventures. I'm now a retired teacher - broken knee at the beginning of October sped that up! Keep up the great work. ❤xxx Kat xxx
