I've been debating on what color to paint my pumpkin & I'm really loving the color u used. Your pumpkin/sunflower turned out beautifully. I 1st used an IOD mold on a pumpkin abt 6-7yrs ago & I still have it & it still looks amazing. I always get compliments on all of them. There's so many awesome molds to use too! Thxs for sharing! 🎃

Thanks for the great inspiration! I bought the actual Titebond Quick and Thick at Home Hardware. It comes in a round grey squeeze bottle. I think it is a different consistency than the wood glue type you are using.

Wow, I haven't thought of doing it like this before, usually I just try ripping the dry paper carefully. I'm definitely going to use this technique on my art projects, I really love it!! A very creative idea indeed 😊

I think it would be cool to do a mixture of having say like the body all with that water method for the fuzzy edge, but then for the hooves have the cut edge to make it mimic the real textures

So cute , you could also do a few of them with different pictures to resemble a Christmas nativity , pictures on both sides and used as a table centre piece ,
