Stuck rear hatch on 2006 Durango
Просмотров 3,9 тыс.4 года назад
My rear hatch was not opening due to debris jamming the mechanism...so I had to go inside and use guitar wire to force the latch to open against a broken spring clip and then all was good again.. not an easy fix getting the door open was the most challenging part...

Green Energy the real kind. Carbon Shmarbon...good for you.
So simple thanks. I just wanted to find the cause of one side not working before rushing in to replace a cylinder. I thought that operating drum brakes without the drum was a no-no. So good to know it can be done without the motor running.
For sale?
Yes $2500
How can I contact you?
@@hoverglass258 Ad on Kijiji... go for it.

@@danielleclare2938 love u. I think I’m pulling wrong direction or something. I have the 2006 5.6 Hemi I’m actually about literally just removing then 3rd row and middle 2nd row altogether.
Looks kinda like a small Fazer
Definitely same styling
The rear grab rail came from the Fazer 700. The instrument cluster also came from the Fazer. The motor+transmission came from the Yamaha FJ600. It was something of a budget parts bin special, with almost all the moving bits having proven themselves on other bikes. This looks like a clean 1986 model, which is what I bought new as my first bike. I traded it in @ three years and 27000 miles. Mine sounded exactly the same as when new, none of that rough clattering. The dealer said I treated my bikes the easiest of anyone he knew. At this point it is a 38 year old bike.
Where were you able to find the new part
There are products that you can apply to the canopy to help protect it from sun damage.
Hi Daniel, I have the same problem my dodge durango doesn't open the back door, can you tell me the first step to open, because I don't any way to open to tray to fix, I don't want to go to the dealer, it's possible you help me, thanks I will wet for your help!!!
You have to crawl in back to the little door that is by the lock, open it and you can see the lock mechanism. Try blowing compressed air into the area it might loosen the debris blocking the movement... or maybe corrosion is only the thing and you can grab the mechanism and pull it open. I used a piece of guitar wire and pulled hard to pop the lock... best of luck.
Thanks a lot
How is the height? Can it go higher? I mean adjusted to go higher then shown? Want to use it for car detailing. Have some lifted 4x4s with 3" lift with racks and such.
Yes it goes up higher about 6' clearance
Things made it helped me. And I had to helpers so ours was a little easier :-)
u call this content u should stop commenting about people having no content cause no content is better than this trash P.S. Richard Petty is the king
King of the cheaters. He even admitted it. So did Dale Jarrett, Junior and many others. You are rude now go blow President Joey a kiss he is more your type.
What was that sound at ruclips.net/video/WXvtg-QyVrE/видео.html
The wheel cylinder moving against the rust inside.

So the black wood chips prevent weeds from growing up. Are there any complications using them year round? I’m deciding what to do. My beds have a mess of weeds thanks to the winds. I can either dig up everything and replace soil or weed killer, lay fabric, and black chips. What do you think is cheapest short/long Term and effective? :)
Never use fabric just put the mulch deep enough and no problems except heavy rains that flood a garden area can cause floating of the mulch but looks good all year especially in Winter when there is no snow looks nice clean black and so on...
Oh wow, now I know why everyone talks about leaving clippings in my video. I am in Florida and clippings are gone in a day or two. This is the first time I have seen how bad they can be!
With a 25+ mph high wind condition, where would you position anchors for guy lines. On a recent beach trip I positioned my anchors where the guy lines would be directly into the wind, with the wind-facing corners supported from falling back, and the canopy squared to the wind. What happened was that the cross-support between those two wind-facing legs and wires began pushing in and bent the bars. Nothing terrible, we can still use it. But I will not place that side into the wind again. I probably should have placed all guy wires at a 45 degree angle to each 90 degree corner. Here, I imagine opposite corners pulling on each other. Thus suring up all supports evenly. Just like the pictures show. : /

I’m looking to buy a canopy for the beach...this one may be too big and the wind may take it to the next county
Jamie Reyes nice !! enough said I’m getting one the same size !
A A keep in mind, I used plenty of pop up canopies in the more traditional style that just constant taking a beating and want to fly away. Those are the ones I really wanted. My father in-law got me this one instead, and not until I tested it the same day, did I realized how good it was. This design I really like now...more aerodynamic. Don't get me wrong, I plan yo use the stakes or weights when possible for stability. Let me know how it goes.
Jamie Reyes thank you bud ! What brand did you get ? The one I’m looking to get is a Coleman 13x13
Some verification of time it took?
30 min for me be happy with tie down cords etc. 20 min tent only first time re did it one time was about half time
Your audio is too low. And I'm glad I watched this bc I saw one of these on sale @ Walmart for $50 but it was open box. I couldn't find the grate but I now know I was looking in the wrong place.
Yes too far from the microphone is why I added captions. Good deal at Walmart go get it. Can get missing parts from Weber if you need. Thanks for the comment.
Daniel LeClare yeah I went back and got the Weber Q 1200. Very nice grill for 50 bucks. Also grabbed a Masterbuilt propane portable smoker for $21 while I was there.
lol!! good selfie.
