Love your videos. Suggestion: You should really ger your color balance correct. This video made your skin look green. Green skin is subconsciously repellant to the human eye. Also, up your brightness a bit more. You're about 1 stop underexposed. You don't have to be perfect but photographic issues like this can have an affect on your sub count.

Oh Xander doesn't like that Willow is being annoying about his girlfriend being a former mass murderer. Now he knows how Buffy felt every time he whined about Angel

I always find this episode hilarious!

I think Triangle was another interesting, but weaker episode in S5, with the the tension between Anya and Willow coming to a head, with Willow, even she was with Oz and is now with Tara, still showing her latent jealousy over Xander having a relationship with Anya. We also see her increased use of dangerous magics, which is now just at the beginning of getting out of control, with Willow unleashing the aggressive Troll Olaf, who knew Anya in the past. We also see Spike's obsession with Buffy also beginning to get out of control too. When Dawn overhears Joyce, Giles and Buffy talking at the end it really sets up the latter part of the Season. S5 has so many great episodes that it seems crazy to call this one weak, but it is compared to others in the Season which are exceptional. Again a massive amount of foreshadowing in this episode.

I think Redefinition was a great follow up to preceding two episodes. Angel is now much more 'badass' with Angelus type undertones. A great scene when he burns Drusilla and Darla at the end. Painfully funny with Cordy, Gunn and Wes being drunk singing We Are The Champions in Lorne's club. Season 2 building nicely now.

I think the best part about this, is the fact that Angel never directly speaks the entire episode; just the voice over. It took ages of watching this show for me to notice and it's absolutely brilliant.

I think the bass was reduced too much. That was immediately my first thought that was that there is virtually no bass; and then I saw your reply to another comment that you did bass reduction to clear up the background noise. Bass reduction and noise reduction are two very different things. Many video and audio editing software should make that distinction; and depending on what you're using, you can sometimes sample specific sections of audio for background noise removal. All you're trying to filter out is ambient room tone. If you do have a function Noise or Background Noise reduction, all you'd really need to do is, when you start recording, hold for like, 30 seconds without making any extra noise, to record the room tone; and then that section of recording can be used as a clean reference for whatever noise reduction filter method you're using.

Once Darla is re-born as a Vampire we know there is going to be trouble with those two. Love the bit in Reunion when Holland Manners says 'we won't have to worry about Angel' and he flies through the broken window ( there must be a broken window count in this series, it must be astronomical ). Manners get his comeuppance when Angel just locks the door leaving Darla and Dru to feast on the Wolfram & Hart employees. Angel goes real bad ass at the end when the fires the rest of his team, a pivotal episode in the Season

Something important to bear in mind when considering the cellar massacre: Holland encouraged Lindsey to bring a date, so there were very likely spouses, girlfriends, boyfriends in that room. There may have been catering staff. Even if you firmly believe that Special Projects all deserved to die, it's very unlikely that everyone in that cellar was part of W&H. Holland's wife didn't seem evil, and Angel apparently left her to bleed to death on the floor after she begged him to come in and help. Also, the utilitarian argument to support Angel's actions doesn't hold any water for me, because if it was really just a coldly logical decision to take out a great evil from the world, surely you'd set the building on fire on the way out to make sure that everyone inside, including the two very dangerous vampires, died? No. He did this for revenge. Stopping a great evil was almost incidental.

Maybe I shouldn't be watching this - I have surgery next week for a brain tumour (yay - sympathy no needed, it's cool, scary but cool and thank goodness for the NHS). I've seen all Buffy and Angel (I am old), and I'm glad you're enjoying them

New mic works fine, i can hear you loud and clear. Love the way you say, "ah, fa-LASHback!" - I like the flashbacks too. As insensitive as it was to bring Darla back for their own selfish needs it was kind of surprising of W&H to give her a heads up about her fatal syphilis condition. Although as I type this now I realize it's just so she could try and convince Angel to turn her and bring him one step closer to "the dark side". Love the twist with Drusilla at the end!
