I love both designs and especially the vibe that each one gives off. In the concept art design, Gohan looks more serious and mature but still a kind guy, like that student in class who is super cool and everyone likes him. While in the final design we got, Gohan still looks like a mature and kind guy, but this is more evident by his posture, which shows how he is living in a peaceful time without many problems. Also, the fact that the concept art design possibly pays homage to Future Trunks is an idea that I really like! This case with Gohan is the same one I have with other characters, where I like the final design, but when I look at the concept arts, I think, "Dude! This design is so cool! Why didn't they used in the final version? Why!?" It's the classic indecision of having more than one good design idea

This ages well give that Diama looks like a GT reboot. Not following the manga for super is a clown decision. Hopefully Diama is the masterpiece that AT said it was before he passed.
