Back in 2017 myself and my coach decided to trek through the Himalayas to Mt Everest to be the first people to ever box at Mt Everest Base camp, We thought it would be a good idea to take some boxing gear with us and get some cool footage of padwork in altitude. I won't lie the altitude training at times was so tough but it was such an experience and got to hang out with a few local monks teach...

Well been so sick of seeing everyone else catching giant silver mulloway in the hawkesbury so decided to head out in the arvo hunting myself a metre plus jewfish. Wait till the end as I never seen a shark like this caught while I'm on the same boat. Hope you guys enjoy and please subscribe if you would like to see more. cheers guys

We went out to put some crab traps out before the weekend and left them out for roughly 3 hrs while fishing. Was great to finally see that they were in their this time after pulling them up. Scary arse octopus too to end the day. Was a great day on the Hawkesbury

Took the fam bam down to the Hawkesbury to try crabbing for the first time. Thought would be a easy as thing to do. turns out its a lot harder then we thought lol. Quick training session and a good explore of the Hawkesbury. Hope you guys enjoy and please sub if you liked the content. cheers guys

The main spikes u gotta look out for an a flathead are on there head they have some really gnarly barbs that give u a big gash

it was such an amazing experience mate, travelling to Nepal to trek the Himalayas is definitely something you have to do in your lifetime
What a shame mate, better luck next time, the hawkesburry used to be jam packed with crabs, blue crabs & mudcrabs. Too many guys overfished. I'll give you a tip though, throw the pots out 1hour before low tide and wait until high tide to collect them. This way you check your pots within 6hours so no one can raid your trap & big muddies can get in and out and they panick when the tide changes because they don't want to get caught in low water areas. Throw the pots in knee deep water 30 minutes before low tide. Muddies crawl along the banks at high tide, feeding on shellfish growing on the rocks that are exposed at low tide. They can get to these areas on a high tide. Hope you get better luck for the young lad

Is there any creeks in that system if so put your pots in there and find the gullys and run offs in the creek and throw your pots at the mouth of them, or even out your pots in the middle of the creek and fish the outgoing tide and check on the next high tide
